ADA Policy

The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).

Age Requirement Policy

Registered hotel guests must be 21 years of age or older.

EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy

Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel.  If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN. 

Check Cashing Policy

Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card (photo identification). There is a limit of $100 per day.

Connecting Room Policy

Connecting rooms are available but not guaranteed and need to be requested in advance. The hotel features the following connecting options:

  • Cool/Mega Corner King and Spectacular/Fabulous 2 Full
  • Extreme Wow Suite and Fabulous King

Connecting rooms are subject to availability at time of check-in.

Credit Card Policy

A valid credit card is required at check-in and will be authorized for the room rate, taxes and fees, and incidental charges for the full stay.

Guests who have prepaid for a reservation directly with the hotel must present the same credit card at check-in to be validated and authorized for charges.

Guests who have prepaid for a reservation through a third-party website must present a valid credit card at check-in to be authorized for charges.

A guest will not be allowed to access a guest room without a valid form of payment, regardless of the type of reservation.

Early Departure Policy

An early departure fee of one night’s room rate plus tax applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date confirmed at check-in. Prepaid and third-party reservations are subject to more restrictions and no refunds will be issued if guests depart before their scheduled departure date.

Early Arrival Policy

Check-in time is 3pm. A request for early check-in can be made but cannot be guaranteed. Early arrival will only be allowed if a room is available at the time of check-in.

Extra Bedding Policy

Rollaways are available upon request and based on availability at the time of arrival.  Rollaways are not available in rooms with two double beds. Please note that a fee of $40 plus tax daily for the rollaway will be added to your room account.  

Cribs are provided complimentary upon request and based on availability at the time of arrival. The hotel does not provide blankets with the cribs.   

Gift Certificate Policy

To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the Claudia Nuta, Executive Assistant, directly for availability at claudia.nuta@whotels.com or (415) 817-7883. Gift certificate redemption is not available through central reservations.

ID Requirement

For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in and for subsequent room key requests. Photo identification must match the name that is on the reservation.

Noise/Disturbance Policy

No parties or large gatherings are allowed in guest rooms. Any guests whose noise disturbs other guests or who damage guest rooms will be subject to eviction, and fees will be assessed to cover repairs, replacements, and any lost revenue.

Package Handling Policy

There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.

Pet Policy

One pet that weighs up to 40 pounds is allowed in a guest room. A pet will incur a fee of 25 USD above the room rate, plus a nonrefundable 100 USD cleaning fee. Additional fees may be charged for excessive cleaning or damage repairs. All fees are non-refundable. A guest with a pet must sign a waiver at check-in. A pet must be on a leash or in a carrier while in public areas. Pets are not allowed in dining venues.

A pet-in-room sign must be displayed on an owner’s guest room door for the duration of a stay. An owner must be present when any hotel staff member, such as a Room Styling or Engineering associate, is in the room. An owner must notify the Welcome Desk when leaving a pet unattended in a guest room. In the interest of all guests, pet-related noise and other disturbances must be prevented.

Credit/Debit Card Policy

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Smoking Policy

We are a smoke-free hotel. Smoking is not allowed in any guest rooms or public areas of the hotel. A 400 USD deep cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in guest rooms.

Waitlist Policy

The hotel does not maintain a waitlist or accept waitlist requests.
