WET Pool Closure & FIT Relocated: Jan. 20 – Aug. 4, 2014
From January 20, 2014 to August 4, 2014, the WET pool will be permanently closed and will be replaced with a new FIT (fitness area). During this time, the FIT will be temporarily relocated on the fourth floor near the Bliss Spa. Please contact the hotel for further information.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirment Policy
Guests must be 21 years of age or older for room reservations.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card (photo identification). There is a limit of $100 per day.
Credit Card Policy
The W San Francisco only accepts electronic credit card authorization submissions. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Unless a valid electronic credit card authorization submission has been received by the hotel prior to arrival, guests with prepaid reservations must be able to present the credit card originally used to make the reservation as identification upon check-in.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night's room and tax applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date confirmed at check-in. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Extra Bedding Policy - Rollaways and Cribs
Rollaways are available upon request and based on availability at the time of arrival. Rollaways are not available in rooms with two double beds. Please note that a fee of $40 plus tax daily for the rollaway will be added to your room account.
Cribs are provided complimentary upon request and based on availability at the time of arrival. The hotel does not provide blankets with the cribs.
Gift Certificate Policy

There is a strict no party policy in place for all guestrooms.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Pets are welcome. A deep cleaning fee of $100 will be charged and there is a 50 pound weight limit.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
We are a smoke-free hotel. Smoking is not allowed in any guest rooms or public areas of the hotel. A 400 USD deep cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in guest rooms.
We do accept waitlists; however, in most cases we do not anticipate openings due to the high traffic of San Francisco. We will not contact guests unless something becomes available. Please contact the hotel for further information.
