EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy

Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel.  If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.

Early Departure Policy

An early departure fee of one night's room and tax applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date. Guests will be asked to confirm their departure date upon check-in.

Early Arrival Policy

Standard check-in time is 4pm. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability. An early check-in charge may apply, please contact the hotel for further information. Please note, early check-in will not be available during high-demand periods.

Extra Bedding Policy

Extra beds are available on a request basis for a fee. Extra beds are not permitted in rooms with two double beds.

Gift Certificate Policy

We are pleased to accept gift certificates using the method stated on the gift certificate and will do our best to accommodate guests' requested dates for redemption. However, requested dates will be subject to availability at time of booking. The gift certificate must be presented at check-in.

Late Checkout Policy

Standard checkout is at 12pm. A late checkout of half the daily rate will be charged for late checkouts after 2pm. For any checkout after 6pm, a full nightly rate will be charged. All late checkouts are based on demand and the hotel's ability to offer.

Noise/Disturbance Policy

Parties are not permitted in any guest rooms or suites. Up to four guests are permitted in a room or suite at any one time. Noise complaints are taken seriously and may result in eviction without compensation. Compensation may be given to guests who have been disturbed by you or your guests, and may be charged to your account at the hotel’s discretion.

Package Handling Policy

There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.

Pet Policy

Pets up to 40 pounds are welcome. A 100 USD non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged at check-in. A daily fee of 25 USD will be added to the room rate as well. Guest must sign waiver at check-in regarding the pet policy. Pets over 40 pounds are at the hotel's discretion.

Credit/Debit Card Policy

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Payment Policy

A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment of the room, tax and incidentals. If a guest is paying cash, a deposit equal to the room, tax and 200 USD per day will be collected at check-in.

For third-party credit card arrangements, please contact the hotel directly and speak to the Customer Care Department. Third-party credit card payments must be pre-approved at least 48 hours prior to arrival. SPG Platinum and Gold members, as well as pre-payment reservations made via a third-party website, are exempt from this requirement.

Smoking Policy

The hotel is 100% smoke-free, including e-cigarettes. Smoking is not permitted in any of our guest rooms or public spaces. Any evidence of smoking will result in a 200 USD cleaning fee.
