Restrictions on the Acceptance of US Currency
Due to recent local regulations, the acceptance of US Dollars in cash is now restricted across Mexico. Payments with credit/debit cards remain unaffected. Please provide arrangements to settle your accounts and other expenses with a credit card or in Mexican Pesos. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause our guests.
Currency Fluctuations
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.

Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification.)
Check Cashing Policy
Hotel will cash personal checks for SPG Members only, with valid identification. Other conditions may apply.
Currency Policy
The hotel rate, quoted in U.S. dollars at time of booking on whotels.com will be honored with the following methods of payment: U.S. dollar cash or traveler's checks. Other payment methods will be subjected to exchange rate fluctuations. Please check with the hotel for further information.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Pet Policy - Restrictions and Deposit May Apply
Cats and dogs are welcome. Reservations with other animals should be discussed in advance. Weight limit of pet should be 40 pounds or less. Dogs over 40 pounds should be discussed in advance. There is a $100 non-refundable deposit and a daily $25 fee.
