Hotel Policies
ADA Policy
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA-compliant guest rooms are available.
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve and to check into a room.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card with photo identification. There is a limit of $100 per day and $300 per stay.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available in a king room/double queen room configuration, but are not guaranteed and must be requested. Please contact the hotel directly to make these arrangements.
Credit Card Policy
We require a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club and Carte Blanche) to be presented at check-in. While cash is accepted, an additional incidentals deposit of $200 is required.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night's room and tax applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date confirmed at check-in. Please check the terms of your reservation for specific conditions or exceptions.
Early Arrival Policy
Early arrivals are granted upon request, subject to availability and charged according to hotel policy.
Extra Bedding Policy
Our Whatever/Whenever® service will be thrilled to provide a crib for our wee guests, available by request. The crib measures 40"x43"x28" and features a steel frame with a four-inch foam mattress. We also offer rollaway beds for a $20 charge per bed per day. Blankets and additional pillows are available upon request.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.
Pet Policy
We welcome cats and dogs 40 pounds or less. Guests must sign a waiver upon check-in and will be charged $25 per pet per day above the room rate. There is also a non-refundable $100 cleaning fee regardless of length of stay.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Payment Policy
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club and Carte Blanche. We welcome direct bill accounts with a minimum 5,000 USD spending amount and 10 business days advance notice. Please contact the hotel for more information.
For payment arragements to a third-party credit card, please contact the hotel's in-house reservations department at least 72 hours prior to the guests arrival. Contact in-house reservations at (954) 414-8200, Monday thru Friday, 9am - 5pm, or by email at wfll.reservations@whotels.com. If you will be calling after hours or on the weekend, please contact the manager on duty.
Smoking Policy
We strictly enforce a 100% no-smoking policy throughout all hotel guestrooms and indoor public spaces.
