Ongoing Renovations: June 1 - December 1, 2016
From June 1 until approximately October 31, 2016, there are ongoing renovations to guest rooms. From August 1 until December 1, 2016, there are ongoing renovations to additional areas throughout the resort. During these times, the hotel will offer all services and all efforts will be made to keep noise and disruption to a minimum. Please contact the resort for additional information.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA-compliant guest rooms are available.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve and to check into a room.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card with photo identification. There is a limit of 100 USD per day and 300 USD per stay.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available in a king room/double queen room configuration, but are not guaranteed and must be requested. Please contact the hotel directly to make these arrangements.
Credit Card Policy
We require a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club and Carte Blanche) to be presented at check-in. While cash is accepted, an additional incidentals deposit of 200 USD is required.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night's room and tax applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date confirmed at check-in. Please check the terms of your reservation for specific conditions or exceptions.
Early Arrival Policy
Early arrivals are subject to availability and charged according to hotel policy. Regular check-in time is 4pm, and early check-in is not available during high-demand periods.
Extra Bedding Policy
Our Whatever/Whenever® service will be thrilled to provide a crib for our wee guests, available by request. The crib measures 40"x43"x28" and features a steel frame with a four-inch foam mattress. We also offer rollaway beds for a nightly fee. Blankets and additional pillows are available upon request.

Late Checkout Policy
Checkout time is 11am. As a resort, late checkouts are always based on availability and are subject to a fee. If a late checkout is desired, please inquire directly at the Welcome Desk upon arrival..
Social gatherings are not permitted in guest rooms. A maximum of four people is permitted in a room at any one time. Parties are allowed in the Living Room 24/7. After 10pm, there is a zero-tolerance policy regarding noise on guest floors. Noise complaints may result in eviction without compensation.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.
We welcome dogs 50 pounds or less. Guests must sign a waiver upon check-in and will be charged 25 USD per pet, per day above the room rate. There is also a non-refundable 100 USD cleaning fee regardless of the length of stay.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Payment Policy/Credit Card Authorizations

We strictly enforce a 100% no-smoking policy throughout all guest rooms and indoor public spaces.
