Connecting Room Policy
The hotel offers connecting rooms for most room types. All connecting rooms are with one king room and one double room. Please request connecting rooms in advance and please note that they are subject to availability.
Extra Bedding Policy
We are able to accommodate a rollaway bed in our Studio, Spa, Marvelous, Mega, WOW, and Extreme WOW Suites for an additional charge. For all other room types, our Whatever/Whenever® service would be thrilled to provide extra bedding (pillows and blankets) for no additional fee. Please contact the hotel directly for further details.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.

Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Arrival Policy
Standard check-in time is 3pm. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability.
Late Checkout Policy
Standard checkout time is 12pm. Late checkout is based upon availability. Please contact Whatever/Whenever or the Welcome Desk on day of departure to confirm availability.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Package Handling Policy
We are happy to accept, hold and ship packages on behalf of hotel guests for a handling fee. Please contact our Whatever/Whenever® service for more information on surcharges.
Pets weighing up to 40 pounds are welcome in our guest rooms with a 100 USD non-refundable deposit and a 25 USD daily cleaning fee. Only cats and dogs are allowed. The pet must be accompanied by an owner at all times on a leash or in a crate. Pets are not allowed in dining outlets or in WET. A waiver must be signed at check-in. Guests will be responsible for repairs of excess damage of if deep cleaning is required. The general manager is happy to accept pets over 40 pounds on a situational basis.
Health & Well-Being Policies
Suite Dreams Policy
In an effort to create a wonderful experience for all of our guests, parties of any kind are not permitted in our guest rooms at any time. Noise complaints are taken very seriously and may result in eviction without compensation. A maximum of 2 persons, per bed are permitted in a guest room at any one time. We enforce a no-outside alcohol policy within the hotel and we reserve the right to hold any outside alcohol until departure. Suite Dreams Waivers are to be signed prior to or upon arrival.
Please note that the Cool Corners, Spa and Wow Suites can be affected by bar noise from Thursday through Saturday nights.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 500 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
We are pleased to offer gift certificates for purchase in US$50.00 denominations. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of check-in as a form of payment for noted services, are valid for one year from date of purchase and contain no monetary value. Please contact the hotel directly to purchase.
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Japan Credit Bureau and Diner’s Club. We regret that we cannot accept cash payments for deposits. Guests checking into the hotel must present a valid driver’s license or passport matching the name on the reservation and an actual credit card matching the provided identification. At minimum, credit cards will be authorized for payment of the room, tax and $150 per stay for incidentals.
