Fireworks Information: July 4, 2015

Please note that the location of the July 4th fireworks display has not yet been confirmed. At this time, we cannot guarantee a view of the fireworks from your guest room or elsewhere in the hotel.

ADA Policy

The hotel is compliant with federal government regulations for the Americans with Disabilities Act. Room amenities include TDD, close-captioned TV, handrails in bathroom by the bathtub and toilet, lowered toilet seats, roll-in showers, lower door peepholes and handicap parking. Please contact our Whatever/Whenever® service for TDD equipment set-up.

Alcohol Policy

Guests must be 21 and over to consume alcoholic beverages, with a valid driver's license or passport.

Age Requirement Policy

Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.

Check Cashing Policy

Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card with photo identification. There is a limit of $100 per day; Starwood Preferred Guest Gold and Platinum members enjoy a $300 limit per day.

Connecting rooms cannot be guaranteed until check-in time. The following connecting room combinations are available; please contact the hotel directly to submit your request.

Credit Card Policy

We require a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club and Carte Blanche) to be presented at check-in. While cash is accepted, an additional incidentals deposit of $200 per day is required.

Early Departure Policy

An early departure fee of one night's room and tax applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date confirmed at check-in. Please check the terms of your reservation for specific conditions or exceptions.

Gift Certificate Policy

To redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly at (201) 253-2432. Ten-day advance notice is required for all gift certificate reservations.

Package Handling Policy

There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.

Pet Policy

We welcome cats and dogs 40 pounds or less. Guests must sign a waiver upon check-in and will be charged $25 per day above the room rate, with only one pet allowed per room. There is also a non-refundable $100 cleaning fee regardless of length of stay.

Service animals that provide assistance to individuals with disabilities are not pets. They are welcome at the hotel and are not subject to the policies and restrictions that apply to pets or other animals.

Credit/Debit Card Policy

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Payment Policy

For payment arrangements to a third-party credit card, please contact the hotel's Accounting Department at least 72 hours prior to guest's arrival. Monday through Friday, please call (201) 253-2448. After hours, contact the Talent Coach on Duty at (201) 253-2400

Smoking Policy

The hotel's public spaces and guestrooms are 100% smoke free.  A $200 deep cleaning fee will apply to any guest who smokes in any guestroom.
