Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room or check in.
Connecting Room Policy
The hotel does not have connecting rooms with a door between the rooms. Rooms near each other or adjoining may be requested and the hotel will make every effort to fulfill those requests.
The hotel provides cribs at no charge to the guest. The crib comes with a mattress, sheet and blanket. Pillows and bumpers must be provided by the guest.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.

Early Arrival Policy
Check-in time is 3:00 pm CST. A request for early check-in can be made in advance but cannot be guaranteed. Every effort to fulfill the request will be made. In the event a guest arrives at the hotel before check-in time and has not requested an early check-in, the guest will only be allowed to check-in if a room is available at that time. Every effort will be made to check the guest in as soon as possible.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of $100.00 USD plus tax will be charged to guests checking out prior to their departure date confirmed at check-in. Please check the terms of your reservation for specific conditions or exceptions.

The hotel is compliant with ADA and offers wheelchair accessible public areas and select guestrooms. ADA-compliant guest rooms are wheelchair accessible and feature lowered door viewers, grab bars for the shower and toilet and a spacious living and bathroom area for easy maneuverability.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Package Handling Policy
There is a $10 handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages.
We welcome cats and dogs 40 pounds or less. Guests must sign a waiver upon check-in. Guests will be charged an occupancy fee of $25 per pet per day and a one-time cleaning fee of $100.

Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card (photo identification). There is a limit of $100 per day. Starwood Preferred Guest Gold and Platinum members can cash up to $300 per stay.

Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
The property distributes 2 types of gift certificates: Donations & Purchased.
Donated gift certificates are generally good for one complimentary night stay. Reservation requests should be directed to the Reservations Coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org or (612) 215-3727. These requests are subject to availability and may not be applied to existing reservations.
Purchased gift certificates are good for a specific dollar amount and are purchased directly from the property. Reservations using a purchased gift certificate can be made via any Starwood booking channel as long as the reservation is not pre-paid. The gift certificate must be presented at check-in.
Gift Certificates can be purchased from the property by contacting the hotel. They can be purchased in the dollar amount of your choice.
