Special Conditions
Currency Fluctuations
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.
Hotel Policies
Disability Access Policy
The hotel is compliant with disability access requirements. Disability access compliant guest rooms are available. There are ramps and elevators to all areas of the hotel. Please contact the Whatever.Whenever dept. to set up all disability accessibility needs, including equipment prior to arrival. A wheelchair is provided complimentary upon request within the hotel premise.
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to check-in.
Check Policy
The hotel does not cash or accept personal checks for payment, but our Whatever/Whenever® service will be happy to connect you with a banking facility.
Connecting Room Policy
There are a total of 12 connecting rooms (six sets) in the hotel. These are either Wonderful or Spectacular rooms located on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd levels of the hotel. Extra beds do not fit into the connecting rooms. In order to confirm connecting rooms please email the Reservation Office in advance.
Currency Policy
We are pleased to offer a foreign currency exchange service at the Welcome Desk, based on daily rates.
Early Departure Policy
Guests who depart early are charged one additional night room and tax. Some reservations are pre-paid and are non-refundable for the entire stay.
Early Arrival Policy
The hotel welcomes early arrivals based on availability, but cannot guarantee early check-ins before 3pm.
Extra Bedding Policy
For a surcharge, our Whatever/Whenever® service will be thrilled to provide a crib for our wee guests, available by request. The crib measures 40"x43"x28" and features a steel frame with a four-inch foam mattress. While the hotel does not offer rollaway beds, blankets and additional pillows are available upon request.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Gift Certifcate Policy
Reservations need to be made in advance. The original certificate must be given at check-in; no copies will be accepted. Please contact the Reservation Office in order to purchase gift certificates.
ID Requirement
We asks for all guests to provide valid photo identification, such as a passport or ID card, upon check-in.
Late Checkout Policy
We are happy to offer complimentary late check-out through 2pm, based on availability. Guests wishing to retain their rooms through 6pm may do so for half a day's surcharge, based on current room rates.
Package Handling Policy
We are happy to accept packages on behalf of hotel guests.
Pet Policy
We welcome cats and dogs 80 pounds or less. Guests must sign a waiver upon check-in and will be charged 16 EUR per room per day above the room rate. There is also a non-refundable 64 EUR cleaning fee regardless of length of stay.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Smoking Policy
All guest rooms are non-smoking except for five Spectacular garden rooms. Smoking is allowed on our terrace and in front of hotel.
Suite Policy
Guests may give their credit card to confirm suite bookings by faxing or emailing a PDF Mail Order Form, available from the reservations team. Guests may also put their card through the reservation connect link available from the reservations team.
Visa/Passport Policy
Visas are required for guests from most North American, European and Middle Eastern countries. Travelers may purchase their visa at either international airport. Passports are required for entry into Turkey.
