Extra Bedding Policy
Our Whatever/Whenever® service will be thrilled to provide a crib for our wee guests, available upon request. Also available by request, one rollaway bed can be accommodated. Please advise the resort of your needs when making your reservation. Blankets and additional pillows can also be requested.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 11 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. A maximum of two children are permitted per villa.
The resort’s recommended occupancy is two people per villa. Occupancy by a third person can be arranged with certain conditions. For parties of four or more people (regardless of age), at least two villas must be reserved.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of the full length of stay and tax applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date confirmed at check-in. Please check the terms of your reservation for specific conditions or exceptions.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, and/or proof-of-age card. Photo identification must also match the name that is on the reservation and the corresponding credit card.
Late Checkout Policy
We are happy to offer complimentary late checkout through 3pm, subject to availability. Please contact Whatever/Whenever® to request a late checkout.
Guests must be 18 and over to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages, with a valid driver's license or passport.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
Babysitting services can be arranged through Whatever/Whenever® with at least 24 hours advance notice.
Package Handling Policy
We are happy to accept, hold and ship packages on behalf of resort guests for a handling fee. Please contact Whatever/Whenever® for more information.
One pet weighing up to 40 pounds is permitted per guest room. The pet fee is 25 USD above the nightly room rate, plus a non-refundable 100 USD cleaning fee. Please contact Whatever/Whenever® for more information.
SPG Participation Disclaimer
All rooms at the resort are villas; therefore, Starpoint Award reservations must be booked at a higher Starpoint rate through your local customer contact center.
Health & Well-Being Policies
Enjoy a smoke-free experience. W Retreat Koh Samui prohibits smoking in all non-smoking villas and public areas. Smoking villas may be requested upon check-in and are subject to availability. Please note that smoking in non-smoking villas will result in a 7,500 THB deep-cleaning fee.
The resort does not offer check cashing services.
We require a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club and Carte Blanche) to be presented at check-in. While cash is accepted, an additional incidentals deposit of 7,500 THB is required. We do not accept third-party authorization forms.
