Special Conditions
Limited Services & Facilities until June 30, 2013
Please note that during the hotel’s initial opening period from March 31 until June 30, 2013, there will be ongoing interior work on guest room floors and certain public areas. The hotel will ensure that any potential noise disruption will be contained and isolated as much as possible; however, services and facilities available to guests will be limited during this time. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Currency Fluctuations
Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
Hotel Policies
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
Check Policy
The hotel does not offer check cashing services. Payment by check is also not accepted.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms can be requested however they cannot be guaranteed. Connecting rooms will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis.
Credit Card Policy
Credit card holders must be present at the time of payment. Local credit cards can only be authorized on-site. Overseas credit cards must be presented at the time of check-in.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date confirmed at check-in. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Early Arrival Policy
Standard check-in time is 3pm. Early check-in is based upon availability. Guests wishing to guarantee early check-in must reserve the room for the prior night.
Extra Bedding Policy
A maximum of one extra bed is permitted per room. Extra bed requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability at the time of booking. Fees apply.
Gift Certificate Policy
To redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel reservation directly. Kindly refer to the terms and conditions on the gift certificate prior to makeing a reservation. Certificate holders may be required to email or fax copy of certificate for complete the reservation and present the original certificate at time of check-in.
ID Requirement
For security purposes, all guests are required to register at the Welcome Desk. To check-in, acceptable forms of identification include a valid Chinese identification card or passport.
Late Checkout Policy
Standard check-out time is 12pm. Guests checking out between 12pm and 6pm will be charged 50% of one night’s room rate plus tax. Guests checking out after 6pm will be charge for an additional night.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed.
Payment Policy
Remote third party payment are only accepted by bank transfer. Bank details can be obtained directly from hotel. Third party credit card authorizations cannot be accepted unless the card holder is present at the hotel.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed in designated areas of the hotel. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Visa/Passport Policy
All international visitors to China must have a visa.The hotel is not able to grant or assist in any visa application. Please contact your nearest embassy or application centre for visa information.
Waitlist Policy
Hotel does offer a waitlist. Please contact the hotel directly to be placed on the waitlist. Guest should provide a phone number and will be called if a room becomes available.
