Through Winter 2017, the restaurant is closed for renovations. During this time, lunch and dinner services are unavailable for dine-in; however, they will be available through in-room dining. Additionally, there is a light-bites menu available in the Living Room Bar & Terrace daily from 5pm to 11pm.
Daily breakfast service will continue uninterrupted and will be available from 7am to 11am in the private dining room on the 2nd floor.

Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years of age or older to reserve a guest room.
Connecting Room Policy
The hotel offers a limited number of connecting rooms in king-to-king and king-to-double/double configurations. Please request for connecting rooms in advance, subject to availability. Please note that a Spectacular Room cannot connect to a Wonderful Room.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night's room and tax applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date confirmed at check-in. Please check the terms of your reservation for specific conditions or exceptions.
Late Checkout Policy
Standard checkout is at 12pm. A late checkout of half the daily rate will be charged for late checkouts after 2pm. For any checkout after 6pm a full nightly rate will be charged. All late checkouts are based on demand and the hotels ability to offer.
The hotel is compliant with federal government regulations for the Americans with Disabilities Act. Room amenities include TDD, close-captioned TV, handrails in bathroom by the toilet and shower, lowered toilet seats, roll-in showers, lower door peepholes and handicap parking. Please contact our Whatever/Whenever® service for TDD equipment set-up.
Guests must be 21 and over to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages, with a valid driver's license or passport.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
Babysitting services can be arranged through Whatever/Whenever® with at least 24 hours advance notice.
In the case of an unexpected event, such as fire, flood, earthquake or any catastrophe that makes it illegal or impossible to fulfill the reservation, all cancellation fees are waived without penalty.
We welcome cats and dogs 40 pounds or less. Guests must sign a waiver upon check-in and will be charged $25 per pet per day above the room rate. There is also a non-refundable $100 cleaning fee regardless of length of stay.
Health & Well-Being Policies
We strictly enforce a no-smoking policy throughout all guest rooms and public spaces (indoor and outdoor). A $250 deep-cleaning fee will apply to any guest who smokes in a guest room.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to Starwood Preferred Guest members who present a valid, major credit card with photo identification, for a limit of $100 per entire stay. Starwood Preferred Guest Platinum and Gold members who present a valid, major credit card with photo identification have a limit of $300 per entire stay.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit Card Policy
We require a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club and Carte Blanche) to be presented at check-in. While cash is accepted, an additional incidentals deposit of $200 is required. We accept eCredit Card Authorization Forms; please contact the hotel for further details.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
Valid only for the duration stated in the Gift Certificate, unless otherwise instructed, and booking is subject to availability. Please contact the hotel in advance of planned stay while making a reservation using the Gift Certificate.
Tax Exempt Policy
To receive proper credit for Tax Exempt Status, a New York state tax exempt form will only be accepted at check-in or by fax.
