Connecting Room Policy
The hotel offers connecting rooms in two configurations—one king room connecting with a double queen room, or one king room connecting with a double room. Please request connecting rooms in advance, subject to availability.
Extra Bedding Policy
Our Whatever/Whenever® service will be thrilled to provide a crib for our wee guests, available by request. The crib measures 40"x43"x28" and features a steel frame with a four-inch foam mattress. While the hotel does not offer rollaway beds, blankets and additional pillows are available upon request.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Hotel does not offer a waitlist.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night's room and tax applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date confirmed at check-in. Please check the terms of your reservation for specific conditions or exceptions.
The hotel is compliant with federal government regulations for the Americans with Disabilities Act. Room amenities include TDD, close-captioned TV, handrails in bathroom by the bathtub and toilet, lowered toilet seats, roll-in showers, lower door peepholes and handicap parking. Please contact our Whatever/Whenever® service for TDD equipment set-up.
Guest must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcohol. A valid identification is required to purchase alcohol. Guests are not permitted to bring alcohol into the hotel and alcohol may not be removed from the hotel property. Please contact the hotel for further information.
We welcome cats and dogs 40 pounds or less. Guests must sign a waiver upon check-in and will be charged $25 per pet per day above the room rate. There is also a non-refundable $100 cleaning fee regardless of length of stay.
Parties are not allowed in hotel guest rooms.
All guest rooms and inside public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 200 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates this policy.
The hotel does not offer check cashing services.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.

Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly. Guests may use the amount of the gift certificate towards their final bill.
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club and Carte Blanche. We also welcome direct bill accounts; however, they require a minimum spend of $5,000 USD and 10 business days for approval.
For all third party credit card payments, a credit authorization form is required. The form must be sent a minimum of 3 days prior to arrival between the hours of 9am - 5pm EST. Please contact the hotel directly to submit this form. The form should be completed with your confirmation number, date of arrival and email address.
