Children's Access to Facilities
Due to the design and general layout of facilities at the hotel, there are no special designated areas for children. Children under 12 years of age are not allowed in Eclipse. Children between 12 and 18 years are granted access in Eclipse until 9pm with adult supervision. Children under 16 years of age are only allowed on the WET Deck with adult supervision. In all public areas, the hotel provides amenities compliant with the needs of guests with disabilities. Six ADA-compliant rooms feature TDD, handrails in the bathroom by the bathtub and toilet, lowered toilet seats, roll-in showers, and lower door peepholes. Guest must be 18 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcohol. A valid identification is required to purchase alcohol. Guests are not permitted to bring alcohol into the hotel and alcohol may not be removed from the hotel property. Please contact the hotel for further information.

Babysitting/Child Care Policy

Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms can be confirmed prior to arrival, subject to availability. All Cool Corner Suites connect with either Fabulous or Wonderful Twin bedded Rooms. Wonderful and Fabulous connecting room categories are also available and they are all located between floors 1 and 6. For more information or to make a request, please email email@example.com.

Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of €100 applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date confirmed at check-in. Please check the terms of your reservation for specific conditions or exceptions.
Extra Bedding Policy
Our Whatever/Whenever® service will be thrilled to provide extra bedding for specific room categories with king beds, available upon request for a fee. Rooms with twin beds cannot accommodate rollaway beds. Please contact the hotel for more information on associated charges.
Cribs are complimentary. For safety reasons, only a fitted crib sheet and a fitted mattress pad are provided with the crib. Upon guest request only, hotel can also provide a crib blanket
Facility Use Policy: Spa and Gym
Access to the Spa WET® area is based on availability. A charge of 20 EUR per person applies and reservations are required on weekends and during high season. Complimentary access to the Jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room is guaranteed when booking facials, massages, or body treatments.
Access to gym’s sauna is complimentary for all hotel guests.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
Please contact the reservations department directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to purchase or redeem gift certificates.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, and proof-of-age card. Photo identification must also match the name that is on the reservation.
Service Dog Policy
Service Dogs are welcome and guests must provide the dog’s accreditation as a service dog. Failing to do so will result on the normal Pet Policy being applied. Service dogs will be accepted regardless of their breed as long as they are not classified as dangerous dogs. The only areas where they are not allowed are in the kitchen areas, the WET® pool deck, as well as the various restaurants and bars. No fee will be applied for service dogs.
Package Handling Policy
We are happy to accept, hold and ship packages on behalf of hotel guests for a handling fee. Please contact our Whatever/Whenever® service for more information on surcharges.
We welcome cats and dogs 18kg (40 pounds) or less. Guests must sign a waiver upon check-in and will be charged €25 per pet per day above the room rate. There is also a non-refundable €100 cleaning fee regardless of length of stay. Please ensure to include pet's name, breed, size, age and weight in the reservation.
Please note that pets are not allowed in public areas such as restaurants and the WET® pool deck.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Third Party Payment Policy
Third party credit card payments are not accepted.
Please contact the hotel’s reservation team via email at Wbarcelona.email@example.com to receive a proforma invoice including bank details. Please note that bank transfers are only accepted when received at least 7 days prior to the arrival date.
We strictly enforce a no-smoking policy throughout all designated hotel guest rooms and indoor public spaces. A cleaning fee of 200 EUR will be charged if evidence of smoking is found in a guest room. Please contact the hotel for more information.
We ask for all guests to provide valid passport upon check-in.
