Special Conditions
Heritage Building Mansion Opening Summer 2013
Please note that the Heritage Building Mansion will not be open until Summer 2013. This 100 year-old building will be undergoing an extensive renovation. There should not be any noise disruption within the guestrooms in the tower as all restoration work will be within the detached 2-story building. All other hotel services will be fully operational. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Hotel Policies
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 20 years or older with valid identification. Acceptable forms include a passport or Thai ID card.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
Babysitting services can be arranged with advance notice.
Check Acceptance Policy
No personal checks are accepted.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available. Spectacular King Rooms and Studio Suites can connect with Cool Corner Rooms. Please email res.wbangkok@whotels.com for more information or to request connecting rooms.
Currency Policy
Rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency at the time of your stay. Rates are based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel’s control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.
Early Departure Policy
A minimum early departure fee of one night's stay will be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. Fees may be up to 100% of their confirmed length of stay. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Early Arrival Policy
Check-in prior to 3pm is granted upon request, subject to availability. In order to guarantee early check-in, guests must reserve the previous night.
Environmental/Green Policy
Green Program participation is optional for all guests.
Extra Bedding Policy
Cribs are available free of charge. Rollaway beds are available for an additional fee in selected rooms only.
Family Plan Policy
Children age 11 and under sleep free in existing room bedding, maximum of 2 children per room. Rollaway bed will incur extra charges.
Meal discounts only apply to children of registered guests. There is a 50% discount off the standard menu or buffet menu price for children 11 and under. Children up to 3 years of age eat free from the children's menu, standard menu or standard buffet offerings.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates are available for purchase. Gift certificate stays are subject to the terms and conditions on the back of the certificate.
ID Requirement
A passport or Thai government approved identification is required upon check-in.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout is subject to availability. Guests checking out after 12pm will be charged a late checkout fee. The fee for checkout between 12pm and 6pm is half of the daily rate. One night's room and tax will be charged for checkout after 6pm.
Pet Policy
Pets up to 40 pounds (18kg) are allowed. A daily fee of 750 THB plus taxes will be charged, plus a non-refundable cleaning fee of 3000 THB plus taxes.
Payment Policy
Cash, major credit cards, cashier’s checks, and traveler's check are accepted. Valid identification is required for payment by check. Other conditions may apply. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Pool Policy
The pool is for hotel guest use only.
Smoking Policy
All public spaces are 100% non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in outside areas and selected smoking rooms. The penalty for smoking in non-smoking rooms is 3000 THB.
