Extra Bedding Policy
Our Whatever/Whenever® service will be thrilled to provide extra bedding for specific room categories with rollaway beds available upon request for a fee of 2360 RUB including tax. Family Plan Policy

Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.

Early Arrival Policy
Early arrivals are granted upon request and subject to availability and fee. Check-ins before 3pm are guaranteed when stay, including early check-in fee, is prepaid 24-hours in advance.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night's room rate plus tax will be charged to guests checking out prior to their departure date. Guests will be asked to confirm their departure date upon check-in and may change their departure date at this time without penalty, depending on the terms of the rate.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, and/or proof-of-age card. Photo identification must also match the name that is on the reservation. Every non-resident must also present a Russian visa.
Late Checkout Policy
Checkout time is 12pm. A late checkout may be allowed based on availability. For a late checkout before 6pm, a fee equal to half the room rate will apply. We are pleased to provide amenities compliant with the needs of guests with disabilities, including specially designed Wonderful Rooms, TDD, close-captioned TVs, handrails in bathrooms by the bathtub and toilet, lowered toilet seats, roll-in showers and lower door peepholes. All guests staying at the hotel are invited to enjoy our spa facilities (WET®, the steam room and sauna) for RUB 600 per day. Guests who are staying in a suite and guests who make a treatment reservation at Bliss® Spa enjoy complimentary access to the spa facilities.
We are pleased to welcome cats and dogs 18kg (40 pounds) or less. Guests must sign a waiver upon check-in and will be charged an additional RUB 900 per pet, per day. There is also a non-refundable RUB 3,000 cleaning fee, regardless of length of stay.
All travelers to Russia are required to have a valid passport and a Russian entry visa. Visas must be arranged through the Russian embassy/consulate prior to your arrival. W St. Petersburg provides visa support services to all hotel guests, and visa support letters are complimentary. However, in the case of a reservation cancellation or a non-arrival, a charge of 2,400 RUB per visa support letter will be charged to the credit card on file.
In addition, all guests arriving to Russia must be registered in the district in which they will spend time during their stay. Registration is done on a guest’s behalf for all non-residents, and costs 450 RUB per person per stay.
We regret that smoking is not allowed in any guest rooms, restaurant and bars or public areas of W St. Petersburg and is only permitted outside the hotel. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in guest rooms, restaurants and bars or public areas not designated for smoking.
Check Acceptance Policy
Per the Central Bank of Russian Federation regulations, we regret that we do not accept personal, commercial or traveller's checks.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
A major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, or Diner’s Club) must be presented at check-in. While cash is accepted, an additional incidentals deposit of RUB 6,000 per day is required.
A credit card holder must be physically present at check-in. To arrange a third-party credit card payment, please contact the reservations department at email@example.com. A third-party credit card payment must be pre-approved at least 48 hours prior to a guest’s arrival.
Pre-payment can be also arranged through a bank transfer. Pre-payment must be received by the hotel in accordance with rate plan terms, at least 72 hours prior to a guest’s arrival. Please contact the reservations department for more information.
