Currency Fluctuations
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.

Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
Age for Registration Policy
Guests must be a minimum of 18 years old, with a valid photo ID, to check-in.

Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available upon request at check-in. Hotel features connecting rooms with the following setups:

- Fabulous Room to Fabulous Room

- Fabulous Room to Extreme WOW suite
- Marvelous Suite to Spectacular Room
Early Departure Policy
The hotel accommodates early departures upon request. An early departure fee of one night's room and tax applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date confirmed at check-in. Please check the terms of your reservation for specific conditions or exceptions.
Early Arrival Policy
Welcome. Early arrivals are granted upon request (subject to availability) and charged according to resort policy. To guarantee immediate access to your guest room or suite upon early arrival, please make a reservation for the night prior.
Extra Bedding Policy
Our Whatever/Whenever® service will gladly provide complimentary cribs for our youngest guests. Fees apply for rollaway beds which are based on availability and allowed in select rooms. Please make such requests when booking your stay.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Late Checkout Policy
Come again. We are happy to accommodate late checkouts between 12pm and 6pm (based on availability) for a half-day room rate. For checkouts after 6pm, a full-day room rate will apply.
Occupancy Policy
Settle in. A maximum of three adult guests is permitted per guest room or suite. Please note that an additional fee will apply for the third guest. Double guest rooms or suites, meanwhile, may accommodate up to two adults and two children under the age of 12.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed.
Payment Policy
We are pleased to accept third-party authorizations. Please note that a credit card authorization form must be completed and faxed or emailed to the resort, along with a clear copy of the front and back for the credit card, prior to guest’s arrival. Further, third parties should specify which charges may be charged to the credit card. Contact the resort for additional information.
Smoking Policy
Smoking rooms are subject to availability and may be requested at the time of check-in. Designated smoking areas are also provided throughout the hotel. A 500 USD deep cleaning fee will apply to any guest who smokes in a non-smoking area.
