Hotel Policies
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older with valid identification.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be a minimum of 18 years old with a valid photo ID to check-in.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are limited and therefore cannot be guaranteed. Please contact the hotel directly to make these arrangements.
Currency Policy
Rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency at the time of your stay. Rates are based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel’s control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.
Early Departure Policy
In the event of early departure, 24 hours notice (by 6pm local time of the day prior) of the revised departure date is required to avoid a one-night penalty charge at the confirmed rate, excluding local taxes.
Early Arrival Policy
Welcome. Check-in time is 3pm. Early arrivals are granted upon request, subject to availability and charged according to hotel policy. To guarantee immediate access to your room upon early arrival, please make your reservation for the night prior. Early check-in should be confirmed directly with the hotel.
Extra Bedding Policy
Cribs are provided upon request and are free of charge.
Extra beds are available for an additional fee and can be accommodated in Suites. Please contact the hotel directly for availability.
Family Plan Policy
Join us. We are pleased to welcome children 12 years old and under for no additional fee when accompanied by two adults. Please note that this offer applies only to the Studio Suite category and above and is not available in Spa Suites.
Late Checkout Policy
Come again. Standard checkout is at 12pm. We are happy to offer late checkout at 1pm (based on availability), after which an hourly rate of 25 GBP plus VAT will apply. For late checkouts after 6pm, a full daily room rate will apply.
Pet Policy
You’re invited—and your pet is too. Experience W London - Leicester Square with your four-legged friend by your side. Please note that cats and dogs must be 40 pounds or less and a 25 GBP supplementary fee per pet, per day will apply, along with a 100 GBP non-refundable cleaning fee (regardless of length of stay).
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Third Party Payment Policy
Third Party Credit Card – Third party credit card forms are not accepted. Please contact the internal reservations team at (44)(207) 290 7575 for a pro forma invoice. Bank transfers and CHAPS payments are accepted.
Smoking Policy
Due to the United Kingdom’s smoking ban, all public areas of the hotel are non-smoking. Guests may still smoke in their designated smoking guest rooms and specified areas outside the hotel.
