Disability Accessible Policy

Four Wonderful Rooms comply with disability accessible standards. These rooms boast hearing- and sight-impaired kits and roll-in showers. Accessible rooms and amenities are based upon availability, so please make your request upon reservation.

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to guests 18 years or older with a valid photo ID.

Age Requirement Policy

Guests must be a minimum of 18 years old with a valid photo ID to check-in.

Check Policy

We regret that we are unable to accept personal checks. Additionally, check-cashing services are not available.

Connecting Room Policy

We are pleased to provide 34 connecting rooms upon request, subject to availability. To request a connecting room, please email: wbogotareservations@whotels.com.

Currency Fluctuations

Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.

Early Departure Policy

We’re happy to accommodate early departures upon request. However, prepaid reservations will be charged an early departure fee equal to 100% of the reservation. All other reservations and rate plans will have their length of stay confirmed at check-in. Guests who change their departure date after check-in will be charged an early departure fee equal to 100% of the confirmed reservation.

Early Arrival Policy

Welcome. Early arrivals are granted upon request, subject to availability. To guarantee immediate access to your guest room or suite between 9am and 3pm, a fee equal to a half-day room rate will apply. If you need to check-in before 9am, we recommend making a reservation for the night prior.

Extra Bedding Policy

We are pleased to provide cribs in all guest rooms and suites upon request, subject to availability. Rollaway beds are available exclusively in suites, subject to availability. To request a crib or rollaway bed, please email: wbogotareservations@whotels.com.

Family Plan Policy

We are pleased to welcome children 12 years old and younger at no additional fee, when accompanied by a paying adult.

ID Requirement

For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Colombian nationals must present a Cedula de Ciudadania, while foreign visitors must present a valid passport. Photo identification must also match the name that is on the reservation.

Late Checkout Policy

We are pleased to accommodate late checkouts based upon availability, for an additional fee. For late checkouts after 12pm, a fee equal to a half-day room rate will apply. After 6pm, 100% of the daily room rate will apply.

Package Handling Policy

We’re happy to receive packages for registered hotel guests up to 30 days prior to their arrival, for a handling fee of 3 USD. While there is no handling fee for outgoing packages, they are subject to destination and carrier fees.

Pet Policy

You’re invited—and your pet is too. Experience W Bogota with your four-legged friend by your side. Please note that cats and dogs must be 40 pounds or less (no other pets are permitted) and a 25 USD fee per pet, per day will apply along with a non-refundable 100 USD cleaning fee, regardless of length of stay.

A guest must sign a pet waiver at check-in. A pet must be on a leash or in a carrier at all times while in public areas and during housekeeping and in-room dining services. Also, a “pet in room” sign should be hung outside the door for the duration of your stay. Guests should call Whatever/Whenever® for room styling and must be present during this service. A guest must inform the Welcome Desk when a pet is left unattended in a room. Pets are not allowed in dining venues. Pet owners must prevent noises and any other disturbances, and pay for damage repairs or excessive cleaning.

Pet beds, food, water bowls, and a specialty menu are available upon request.

Payment Policy

A credit card is required at check-in for incidentals. Upon checkout, all charges may be paid with a valid credit card or in local currency (COP).

Pool Policy

Guests must be a minimum of 17 years old to relax in our hydrotherapy pool. Please note that proper swimwear is required and glassware and food are prohibited.

Smoke-Free Policy

Sorry. All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 200 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.

Tax Exempt Policy

Foreign citizens may be tax exempt, dependent upon their passport stamp from airport immigration and their confirmed rate plan.
