Hotel Policies
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve a room and check in.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present valid identification. There is a limit of $100 per day. Cash advances are not allowed.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Pet Policy
Cats and dogs under 40 pounds are allowed. Guests will incur a non-refundable fee of $100, and an additional $25 per night charge added to your room rate. Please contact us directly if your pet exceeds the weight restrictions or if you have another type of pet.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Payment Policy
A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment of the room, tax and incidentals. If paying cash, a deposit equal to the room, tax and $200 per day will be collected at check-in.
Third party credit card payments must be pre-approved at least 48-hours prior to arrival. SPG Platinum and Gold members are exempt, as well as pre-payment reservations made via a third party website. Please contact the hotel's accounting department at least 48 hours prior to arrival to make these arrangements.
