Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Cats and dogs under 40 pounds are allowed. Guests will incur a non-refundable fee of $100, and an additional $25 per night charge added to your room rate. Please contact us directly if your pet exceeds the weight restrictions or if you have another type of pet.
Health & Well-Being Policies
In an effort to create a peaceful environment for all of our guests, please be advised that parties of any kind are not permitted in any of our guest rooms or suites. Noise complaints are taken very seriously and may result in eviction without compensation.
A maximum of 4 guests are permitted in any room or suite at any one time. Any compensation given to guests disturbed by you or your guests may be charged to your account at the hotel's discretion.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment of the room, tax and incidentals. If paying cash, a deposit equal to the room, tax and 200 USD per day will be collected at check-in.
Third party credit card payments must be pre-approved at least 48-hours prior to arrival. SPG Platinum and Gold members are exempt, as well as pre-payment reservations made via a third party website. For arrangements, please contact the hotel directly and speak to the Customer Care Department at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
