Connecting Room Policy
The hotel has connecting rooms with several combinations. In order to accommodate the request, the parties occupying the rooms must all be present upon check-in. Connecting rooms are subject to availability upon arrival.
To request guaranteed connecting rooms for a fee of 75 USD a night, please send requests prior to arrival to firstname.lastname@example.org. The hotel will confirm via email if connecting rooms are available.
Extra Bedding Policy
Cribs are available at no extra charge. There is a limit of one per room and there is a limited number available. The hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers, or pillows for the cribs.
Rollaway beds are only availble in king bedded Spectacular and Fabulous Rooms for a fee.

Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout requests are granted based on availability on date of departure. Fees apply and are billed as follows:
$50 per room for checkouts bewteen 12pm and 3pm
$75 per room for check outs between 3pm and 6pm
One night's room and tax per room for checkouts past 6pm
The hotel meets all ADA requirements. Please contact the front desk about special facilities for individual rooms.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification). Outside alcohol is not permitted in the hotel.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Cats and dogs under 40 pounds are allowed. Guests will incur a non-refundable cleaning fee of $100, and an additional $25 per night charge added to your room rate. Please contact the hotel direct if your dog exceeds the weight restriction or if you have another type of pet.

Please note that 5 or more people are not permitted in guestrooms at any time. Larger gatherings should meet in the Living Room.
After 10pm, to respect our sleepy guests, we have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to excessive noise on our guest floors. Noise complaints will result in eviction without compensation. Any compensation given to guests impacted by loud noise may be charged to the evicted guest at the hotel’s discretion.
The hotel is smoke free so put the puffs out! Violation of this policy results in a $200 deep-cleaning fee that is charged to the guest room.

Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present valid identification. There is a limit of $100 per stay.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
To redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly. The hotel does not sell gift certificates.
There are some incidental charges that will be charged as soon as you book your escape.
The tax plus 50% of room charges or 200 USD whichever is the greatest.
200 USD for prepaid reservations will be charged up front.
