Connecting Room Policy
There are no connecting rooms on property.
A valid credit card or $400 cash deposit will be taken at check-in to cover any incidental charges. Deposit is refundable minus any charges accrued.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.

Early Departure Policy
There is a one night's room rate, plus tax, penalty for early departures if the hotel is not notified by 4pm the day before.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Please be advised that the room rate with a pet is 25 USD above the daily room charge, plus a non-refundable 100 USD deposit. Cats and dogs must weigh 40 pounds or less. Up to two pets are permitted in a room. Pets cannot be left unattended in a guest room at any time, and must remain on leashes when in public areas. A pet waiver must be signed at check-in. W PETS

Suite Dreams Policy
In an effort to create a peaceful environment for all of our guests, please be advised that parties of any kind are not permitted in any of our guests suites. Noise complaints are taken very seriously and may result in eviction without compensation.
A maximum of 4 guests are permitted in a suite at any one time. Any compensation given to guests disturbed by you or your guests may be charged to your account at the hotel's discretion.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present valid identification. There is a limit of $150 per day.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
All gift certificate reservations must be booked directly with the hotel's Executive Office or Reservations Supervisor. Gift certificate use is based on room availability and subject to blackout dates.
The hotel accepts third-party credit card authorization forms for payment only for guests booked with a corporate rate. Please note this must be arranged a minimum of 48 hours prior to arrival. A deposit will be charged to the card prior to guest arrival. Please contact the hotel directly to receive a link to our secure website. The hotel does not accept faxed authorization forms.
