Special Conditions
WET Closed for Maintenance - January 25 to February 5, 2010
From January 25 - February 5, 2010, please be advised that WET (outdoor pool) will be closed for maintenance. Please contact the hotel directly for alternate pool arrangements.
WOW! WET transforms into CHILL! Experience our skating rink!
From November 15, 2009 - January 24, 2010, join us at CHILL. The Backyard will be transformed into a winter wonderland, complete with a skating rink and holiday beverages! During this time the WET swimming pool will not be availalbe for swimming. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Policies
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present valid identification. There is a limit of $150 per day.
Connecting Room Policy
There are no connecting rooms on property.
Early Departure Policy
There is a one night's room rate, plus tax, penalty for early departures if the hotel is not notified by 4pm the day before.
Suite Dreams Policy
In an effort to create a peaceful environment for all of our guests, please be advised that parties of any kind are not permitted in any of our guests suites. Noise complaints are taken very seriously and may result in eviction without compensation.
A maximum of 4 guests are permitted in a suite at any one time. Any compensation given to guests disturbed by you or your guests may be charged to your account at the hotel's discretion.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Parking Policy
The hotel only offers valet parking at a nightly rate of $32 for standard sized cars and $35 for oversized vehicles. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Pet Policy - Restrictions and Deposit Apply
Please be advised that the room rate with a pet is $25 above the daily room charge plus a non-refundable $100 deposit. Cats and Dogs must weigh 40 pounds or less. W PETS
Payment Policy
The hotel does not accept credit card authorization forms and only accept payments on behalf of others if they are made in person. Other options include sending an advance check or wire transfer as an advanced deposit. Please contact the hotel for further information.
