Had a great time.
Hanging out at the pool and Woo Bar.
Loved the whenever/whatever hotline; it was ever so helpful. My girlfriend needed some medication and they offered to go to the nearby convenience store to pick it up and delivered to our room.

I just had the dinner in the restaurant "Kitchen Table" last night. The dessert was so delicious. also, they do care about their serive and meal are good enought for customers to enjoy or not. I do appreciate the Ass. Mgr Yu helped us to have a wonderful dinner. If you travel or have business trip in Taipei, it will be the best choice for u to stay or have meal in.

There is good customer service and then there is customer service u experienced that is not according to any training manual.
It could be the Taiwanese culture but I never been to a W that the staff actually treats each and everyone with so much heart. So much initiative upfront even before we have to asked for it.
I was at Wet and came out holding my Dry soiled clothes, the lady at the gym reception came out running to give me a laundry bag. It seems to be a simple gesture but I lived in enough hotels or W to know it takes a lot of heart to pay attention to such details.
I have had a very good experience here at W Taipei and hope to be back.

I have stayed many times and days in W hotel for the past 2 years. They never fail my expectation for the service i would like to see.I believe during my recent past stays , the reception at 10th floor sound more friendly than last year's. The best service team that i think they deserved an excellent compliments is from ground floor concierge who give a great help on luggage and getting a cab and help for whereabout. I do not see any unwilling facial expression to explain more to me. Beside that, is the restaurant staffs at 10 floor who is very friendly and attentive to the request. Overall, the service from the hotel is great, friendly and sincerely to do the best. Good luck and keep it up!
