We love the overall ambience in the hotel. The room was clean, comfy and spacious. Only slight issue is the airconditioning while we were sleeping. The temperature was not consistent and it seemed to become hotter in the middle of the night. Other than that, the service was great and we love the breakfast spread. We also enjoyed the pool.

Stayed here for 5 days. Overall, this is a great hotel. Unfortunately, on the first day i requested for hard pillow and was told that they would get back to me. 5 days later, I have yet to get a reply.

Great boutique hotel in a quiet corner of Sentosa.
Responsive staff, nice big rooms for 2. Has a Bose system with blu-ray player in the room.
However no nearby beaches within walking distance. You have to depend on the shuttle bus to to the activity areas in Sentosa.
Would be great if they provide some newspaper for the day.

Upon arrival I was immediately met and escorted to my room for check in. Luggage was right behind and from that moment forward i was addressed by name from those who met me on arrival.
Everyday I was acknowledged whether it was breakfast, waiting on the transfer bus or leaving for the evening. Everyone made me feel very special

overall, was a wonderful experience to stay with W hotel.
Loved the unique room, and the temperature controlled pool, although was looking forward to hearing the underwater music system but did not get a chance, think it was turned off? Would also really love it if the water is just a wee bit warmer if thats possible ;) Fantastic gym facility!!
However, biggest letdown was the food during breakfast. To be honest, none of the food was up to expectation, even staples like dim sum, soup prawn mee, was below average. Food selection is very very limited. Would really really appreciate if the management take this comment seriously, would love it if there could be a major revamp to the breakfast dining, to match up to the rest of the wonderful experience i had with the hotel!
Nonetheless still a really wonderful hotel to stay in, i will probably be coming back again, good for celebrating special occasions with your loved one.

Featuring excellent views and great customer service (esp housekeeping which was next to immediate when requested), this hotel is really worth a stay. The mood lighting effects were pretty and the rooms have got everything you need. Another plus point was that the pool was 24/7 compared to other hotels. Overall, it was fantastic and I'd definitely go back again!

I have a really wonderful stay at W Hotel. The rooms are very clean and well-decorated. The swimming pool is a good place for me to laze and relax.
I deeply appreciate the staff of W Hotel to give a complimentary treat at WooBar and of course the nice goodies at the door on Christmas Eve.
I would definitely come back if the opportunity arise. Thanks, W Hotel.

F&B staff service is not up to standard, clearly can see tthat service procudure is wrong and low class... had my dinner @ kitchen table food is not very good, ordered king crab rissoni is so salty, several crab shells in my rissoni, and my rissoni deliver late due to chef over grill/cooked the crab and have to re-cook!!!! very dissapointed on the service wise.

1. V nice decor and excellent location, being next to the Marina
2. over-crowded on Sat & Sun (esp in areas eg b'fast venue) perhaps due to local wkend family getaway
3. slightly below say W Taipei in terms of services level; response time etc)
4. need more choices of food at the pool eg club sandwiches, hotdogs; Asian noodles, pasta)

Needless to say, W is being W. Service, rooms, facilities have always been the best amongst the rest. In this case, however, I would like to specially compliment a Welcome Agent named Aizat. He displayed excellent customer service attitudes just by being pleasant, polite, courteous, sincere and approachable. It was fun talking to him whenever I saw him.

Excellent hotel, very good service. Special mention must be given as the hotel was handling CDL's 50th annversary gala on the night of our staycation, which was a really big event where most of the hotel's senior management were personally involved. However, despite that, service remained prompt and immaculate for us.
Great experience as always!

I was very impressed with the overall service level of the staff.
In particular, the waiters/waitresses at Skirt Restaurant were very attentive to our needs and made sure our meal was enjoyable.
Thanks for making the overall stay such a pleasant one especially since it was a birthday celebration for my husband.
Will come back again!

This is the third visit since December 2012 and we are continually impressed by the property itself (what fun), however, most significantly by the calibre of the key staff and many of the less highly positioned ones.
I commented after my visit in March and feel a need to do so again.
Hard to name everyone who impacted on our stay...
Favian and Hanis in SKIRT restaurant are very special; Tom, as manager, but girls like May in the bar area; Shiela and Dwi are constant faves who appear everywhere!; and Joy is another lovely girl who has started to work in the shop. Claric must not be overlooked, and I am disappointed to hear that Izzy is nearly finished her internship and will be going back to studies in Thailand..a great loss in the dining areas in spite of her relative inexperience. I sense very good management at the property in all areas.
Certainly am always surprised by how personal this experience becomes..unlike at most large hotels.

More frequent shuttle services to and from Sentosa Resort - client can take Sentosa Express and shuttle even if not able to get on Vivo City.
Really a nigthmare to get on taxi in Vivo City at night

Held a planning session for approximately 70 people, over the sourse of 2 days.
Amazing service, absolutely flawless.
Facililties were great, meals were great, everything exceeded expectations.
Stayed 2 nights, excellent rooms, great gym, great bar, great dining.
If you are doing a conference in Singapore, this is the place for sure!!

Staff service excellent.
Breakfast sub-standard; in particular coffee service and limited choice of cereals.
In-room air con incredibly noisy; impossible to sleep with it on.
In-room lighting inadequate, both bathroom and main room.
Overall a great hotel but too expensive for regular patronage.

My family & i had a great stay at the W this weekend to celebrate my husband's birthday. The only negative feedback is that we all hurt our shins on the edge of the platform bed. Perhaps you can put some padding on the edges?
Also, the room service wagyu bolognese & the portion & quality of the poolside fries were disappointing.

It's my first time to stay in W hotel. It's an expensive and supposed to be high-end hotel but failed to meet my expectation. I don't ask too much - a good shower and a great room for over-night sleep is all what I need.
From the above guest, he complained about the shower was being either too cold or too hot. Yes, I experienced this too when the water actually burned my skin. So I turned just a bit colder then suddenly it became colder than ever.
I will say this is the worse shower experience I had ever with Starwood Hotels. A W hotel room shouldn't be like this. Even the water pressure is a disaster...not strong enough I guess. But I didn't complain to the management because I know it WILL NOT make any difference to me since I chose to stay in this hotel at the first place.
I guess what I should do is not staying in W Singapore next time. I moved to The Westin Singapore today with a better location and room rate.

I had booked a room with W Hotel to celebrate my partner's birthday. On our check-in day, we were pleasantly served by a Reception Manager. I had requested for a late check-out, however was informed that it was chargeable. I had informed that I was celebrating a birthday and hope some exception could be granted. The Reception Manager granted me a late check-out at 1 pm on a no-charge basis. However, on my check-out day, I received a call from the Reception at around 12.30 pm asking if I was checking-out. I replied that I was granted a check-out at 1 pm and will be heading down to the Reception shortly. The Receptionist was not pleased and claims that it was not recorded in his system. He also warned me that if I do not check-out at 1 pm sharp, I will be charge for late check-out. I was quite upset as my stay was left with a bad "taste". Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the Receptionist. I hope that the hotel can look into special exceptions for late check-out as guest are paying premium rates.

Hotel is awsome ! Great amenities and features. Stayed in the AWAY room, had a private pool with good jacuzzi. Relax by the swimming pool only to find things to play with such as floats and water gun. Had SKIRT for dinner, delicious beef in a warmth cosy setting. Definitely recommending to everyone who wants a short getaway.

Excellent hospitality and made us felt very welcomed. We were upgraded to the Fabulous Room as the front desk noted we were there for our 1st wedding anniversary. She even arranged for a nice surprise gift and cards to be sent to the room. The 24/7 pool also allowed us night swim which was a really nice feature to have!

As a platinum member, the check-in staff or reservation staff was not able to identify my preference and initially offered me a non-smoking room even though I indicated in the booking and my profile. Only after some scramble, they manage to find something for me. I thought this have to be done prior to my check in?

The overall impression and decoration of the hotel is very good.
Staff - There seem to be alot of unhappy staff, I frequently heard complaining from the general staff around the poolbar and restaurant areas.
For the Spa - in comparison for the cost and quality there are much better spas available in Singapore.

Too much miscommunications with the staffs, especially upon checked in. Different instruction for payment but they did not follow though they agreed upon checked in. Quoted me a wrong rate upon checked out as well. Disappointing..
Room was excellent, high tech, but then there's no one to guide us of the room facilities.

This hotel provide me a very good service. All the staff made me feel warmth because all the staff there always remain a great smile and always greet the guest. The facilities there is excellent. The room is very comfortable for me. Have a great scene over there. Overall, its a good place to relax your mind and heart.

Impeccable service, Room was paradise - clean and beautiful. 24hrs Pool was amazing with those swinging lounges/hammocks and all the inflatables provided, had the whole pool to ourselves!
I'd suggest giving The Kitchen Table a miss, and head over to Skirt for the amazing drinks. Would definitely come back to W again!
