Love this area of NY and this hotel location can't be beat. Close to restaurants and shopping but outstide the craziness of Times Square with still a wonderful sense of the NY life. Can't beat the market out side of the hotel to get a feel of local NY life.
The service made the stay. Unfortunately my room had no view and think that it was a handicap room therefore no sofa. That was the only thing that disappointed.

The room was very noisy even though it was on the 17th floor. The bed was very soft and we prefer firm. Service was very good. For the cost of a room I would have expected wireless to be included. There was no refrigerator in the room to store anything brought by the guest. We were very disappointed.

I have never been so pleased with an overnight stay in my life and I travel all over the world. There was no problem getting into my room early,. the room and bed were fantastic, and the price was so affordable. I will always try and stay at the W.

Nothing could have made this stay better! Everything was fabulous and comfortable and I can see why people love this particular location over all others in New York, theres a special feeling, and wonderful ambiance that the people create.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Johanes room is too small and no room upgrade for platinum
as platinum member, the front desk service was poor and did not upgrade our room so the room is so small and standard.

Nothing but awesome things to say about this property! Great location, great vibe, wonderful rooms and attention to Platinum Members is the best thing I have to say about my stay. WOW is the word to sum up my recent visit.
Maria at the front desk took ever so good care of me and I cannot begin to figure out how to say THANKS, other than writing this review of the stay. Some properties and staff really make your stay and Maria did that for me.
Of course the plate of cookies in my room was most welcome as well. It doesn't happen all the time but when it does, WOW. That will keep me coming back.
The Acura service is always welcome and a great perk. It was difficult to book a time on my day of departure and I ended up using my car service instead. When available it is awesome.

Great Hotel! Front desk staff was very helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable.The location in Union Square is fantastic.My daughter forgot her pillow and they sent it to our home, Very nice staff1
