We love to stay at the W as it has the beach, nice pool, excellent staff and the nightlife in South Beach is close and plentiful.

For my first time in Miami, I booked a fabulous studio and it was amazing! The staff, the amenities, the beach, everything exceeded my expectations. Every staff member was wonderfully friendly, I cannot fault anything. If you do not stay at this hotel you are doing yourself an injustice!! Thank you for an amazing time!

lot of hype, but furniture is scratched up and ikea type. wouldn't stay at the setai any day for less money than what i spent. not true luxury unless you don't know what that is

Great hotel. Great service, Hotel is clean and well kept, great views of the city and the ocean from the room, close proximity to beaches, night life and restaurants.

Over all the Hotel was very nice and had great features which made our stay very comfortable. The only two thing that I had an issue with; the WiFi was free in the Lobby and pool but not in the room (this to me felt like a money grab), also the staff (very helpful and responsive) at any task they lingered around until you reached into your pocket and tipped them. it made my wife very uncomfortable.

The service here is the worst! they are totally unresponsive and aloof. Everytime you call whatever/Whenever you wait on hold and if they tell you tthey will call you back, they don't. When I called back they told me the person left. They closed the pool early one day and my wife left her bag there and the pool attendants were totally unhelpful. There was no sign saying they were closing the pool early. The front desk said trhey put a note under the door at turndown but we never had turndown because the maid knocked on our door at 10pm and we told her it was too late. I asked for the manager to call me and he never did. This is the 3rd time i've stayed there in the last year and everytime the service has been bad. We ordered drinks at the pool and we waited 25 minutes for them. Next time I'm going to the St. Regis in Bal harbour!! It's a pity becasuse i love the location but the service is too unbearable.
