this hotel is awesome and such a great deal considering location. loved the staff, specifically the helpful concierge. She was able to give me great dinner recommendations, book car services, etc. i would definitely stay here again.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Very spacious room, well stocked with toiletries etc. Beds very comfortable. Considering the nightly rate, I would have expected coffee/tea making facility & supplies in the room. I also consider that free WiFi should be available in each bedroom

Came for a one-day business conference. The meeting rooms were top notch and had quality furnishings, staffing and service. Stayed overnight in a room that should have been a broom closet due to its view, or should I say non-view, of the hotel roof and adjacent apartment complex. They sell this location on the views it provides, but my sleeping room had none, and therefore did not meet the expectation based on its price. Also, no hotel should charge for internet service any longer.

Buen Hotel, excelente cocina y servicio.
Creo que las habitaciones son demasiado pequeñas.
Los vidrios de las ventanas de mi habitación estaban demasiado sucios.
En una ocasión encontré una toalla sucia o mal lavada. (eso es asqueroso)
Traté de sacar dinero del cajero automático y no me dió el efectivo. Tuve que levantar un reporte en mi banco.
Por lo demás es un buen hotel.

Spent the weekend of my Wife and I 11th wedding anniversary and our stay was flawless. From the moment we checked in we were greeted by valet who was courtious and professional. Our checkin process was awesome we had a wonderful room on the 10th floor with a view of the Manhattan skyline and there was a bottle of chilled champagne and chocalate covered strawberries awaiting our arrival! The Chandelier Room is a must see the atmosphere was upbeat and the staff was professional and accomodating. The livingroom was a nice place to kick back and have a morning cup of coffee. W Hoboken you guy's rock!!
