I had never been there before but i always stay at Starwood Properties and this blew my expectations out the window.. simple things like the carpet in the elevator changing to "good Afternoon" from earlier in the day which said "good morning." An amazing gym, pool, free wifi... free coffee all day....remote controlled window blinds, the bliss products, i loved the whole thing and will stay there again over and over... even though its in the same street as my house.. sometimes you just need a night out!!! xx August 26, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by wonderful!! Val and Ali from concierge were just amazing!!! They were helpful with suggestions on places to eat, what to do and accommodating with all our requests... Which is what I would expect; however, they always were so friendly!! My family and I weren't thrilled with the location of the hotel, but that really didn't matter for the 2 nights we were there... They made an ordinary experience into a fantastic one! August 14, 2016

Rated 3 out of 5 by Can't beat the location Right next to Hollywood Boulevard, the metro station and tons of attractions. The downside is that there is a huge construction site next door and will stay for quite a while given its volume. The wet deck is cool but doesn't seem clean. Maybe we went there too early but the water made my eyes red and itchy. August 1, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by Bad experience with staff I reserved 1 week ago for 2 nights, July 27th and 29th with a USD$549 rate. When I arrived the public rate wasUSD$370 and I ask for a rate adjustment. The receptionist went to talk with the manager and told me that I want yo pay the highest rate. Obviosly I cancel inmediately my reservation for July 29th. This was my second stsy in W Hotels, the last one was in Miami for USD$500 per night in May/15. Paying USD$500 for this room size It's extremely expensive I think your manager could made better his job, there are lots of ways to change the perception of a customer, my feeling It's to avoid W Hotels on the future July 29, 2016

Valerie and Allie went above and beyond answering all of our questions and providing great recommendations for places to eat and see. Having staff like them made our stay very comfortable. Rated 5 out of 5 by excellent customer service I was really impressed with the customer service at this hotel, everyone i interacted with was friendly and informative. The customer service experience began prior to my arrival. ..many thanks to Ashton , upon arrival Addison at check in was great, the concierge Alexandra was very helpful in giving guidance as to where to go and what features would be of interest. The breakfast and staff at Delphine's ....excellent my daughter loved loved the chocolate croissant ..upon check out i had a query about bill which was quickly dealt with , staff queried how we were getting to the airport and offered to call cab etc. Overall the experience was great i would definitely stay here again, there was a nice vibe to the hotel , this location was perfect, if u want to enjoy the nightlife here is a place to start! Rated 5 out of 5 by Big Improvment I have selected this hotel many times for the location and I support the SPG brand. Always had problems with each stay, however, in the last month service has dramatically improved. I am once again looking forward to my stays at this location. A big impact on my happiness as a customer was the superb responsiveness I was shown by employee O. Burtis, a W Insider. Great, great ambassador for SPG. She aided me in changing my mind about this hotel. May 29, 2016
