Thank you for a wonderful first visit to the W. From the moment you arrive you are made to feel special. The professionalism, customer service and quality of staff was exemplary. It was so lovely to see everyone smile and genuinely be happy at their work in making you as comfortable as possible. Minor issues were dealt with swiftly and satisfactorily. The quality and standard of the rooms and the hotel itself was amazing and the food was some of the best ever tasted. We will definitely return soon. Thank you again for such a wonderful surprise.

It was really an awesome stay, I enjoyed it a lot with my wife, since you get in and all W staff will make you feel like a VIP. Great job guys, keep it up.
