Yassir and Arslan at the reception are fantastic! They anticipate the guests Needs and resolve requests without generating cost for the Hotel but generating value for the Client. They are your asset¨
The Fitness Center is poor, crampt and the Change room being the toilet for the pool area is below Zero. Doha is not an outdoor Fitness place - so plesae fix the indoor Fitness facilities including Change room etc. .

Great hotel. The staff go above and beyond. I must give special recognition to Kristina (living room ambassador) who checked me in and from that point on totally followed thru and made sure everything was taken care of.
I have been a platinum member for many years and stayed at many Starwood properties and dealt with many staff. This is pretty much as good as it gets.
The only negative is that windows do not seem to be sound proof. I was on a seventh floor pool facing corner suite and the you could hear the noise from the pool area.
Also great restaurants. Ate at both the market, and spice market.

This hotel is offering the best service ever! The staff is extremely friendly, very helpful and will know you by name from the first day! This made my stay very enjoyable and makes completely up for the rather mediocre rooms (pleaaaase change the TV system - it never works). I wish the standard dining facilities were nicer (the food though is superb!)

I've stayed at the W Doha on several occasions with impeccable results. From the rooms, to the service to the restaurant and bar offerings - all top notch. Highly recommended!

Thank you for a wonderful first visit to the W. From the moment you arrive you are made to feel special. The professionalism, customer service and quality of staff was exemplary. It was so lovely to see everyone smile and genuinely be happy at their work in making you as comfortable as possible. Minor issues were dealt with swiftly and satisfactorily. The quality and standard of the rooms and the hotel itself was amazing and the food was some of the best ever tasted. We will definitely return soon. Thank you again for such a wonderful surprise.
