Rated 2 out of 5 by Worst experience ever! I have stayed in this hotel plenty of times, but non of them with the bad experience I had this time. The Room Key never worked! I had to went down (22 floors) every day (sometimes 2 per day) because the key did not work. So I had to go downstairs every single day to get a new key. Two co-workers that traveled with me had the same terrible experience. I provided feedback to the person (s) in the front desd, but nothing changed. June 17, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5 by Too Noisy to Sleep Walls in room must be very thin. Stayed on Fri/Sat night. Big mistake. Had to call front desk both nights due to excessive noise. One night it was from the TV in adjoining room & the other night it was from a party upstairs. Also, lots of problems with key cards not working & it took over 30 minutes to get into the pool Sat morning. Two trips to front desk to change my key card..not the problem..another with security..finally operations director was able to access entry. Big Hassle. On the positive, the staff was very helpful and friendly and the Bliss spa was nice. The front desk generously extended our late check out to 3:00. June 3, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Very Noisy Went for a 3 day business meeting in the hotel. !st night awoke to night club in hotel under my room at midnight - which was to go until 2:30 AM. They graciously moved moved me but at 1 am there was a fight in the hallway next to my new room. Next night another loud band, but they stopped at 10:30 PM mercifully. This is a party hotel, not a business hotel. If you want to do business, I suggest staying elsewhere. My main main requirements at a hotel are that I can sleep - cannot really be guaranteed here. Rooms are otherwise beautiful. June 6, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Lacking in 5 Star Service It took two days and three people to finally receive a coffee pot in my room. When it was delivered it had a used coffee filter in it. Yuck! The next day the coffee pot was left in my room with the filter I used still inside and no new coffee was left. Again I had to go down to the desk to ask for more coffee. Disappointing. This hotel has lots of candy junk and items for a one night stand in the room but no coffee pot. I only stay here because of the convenience of a retreat. I would not stay here otherwise June 6, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Friendly Staff, Noisy Rooms, Awful Keycards Staff was extremely friendly, courteous, and attentive. The two major issues I had with your hotel was that the walls must have been made out of paper because I continued to be woken up throughout the night by people in the adjacent rooms coming in and out. The keycards we were given seemed to work maybe 25% of the time and that got to be a little frustrating. It was frustrating enough that I would recommend going back to the standard key even though I know that would be extremely costly. I think that if these two issues could be resolved then I would have had nothing to complain about. Not unhappy with my stay as I read the reviews before coming to this hotel and was prepared to accept these reoccuring problems. June 3, 2013
