What business services does W offer?
Whatever your business may be, you can count on W to help get it done. Each of our hotel rooms is wired to be a virtual office, with two phones and high-speed laptop connectivity. Most lobbies are wireless and all W Hotels are equipped with a full-service “Wired” business center.As for your meetings, no matter what you're planning, don't worry, we'll find just the right space to fit your needs—visit HOST, our W Meetings and Events section.
What amenities can I expect in my room at W?
The W guest room is a carefully crafted blend of comfort and technology. Custom-made furnishings, like luxurious beds with goose down comforters and 250 thread count sheets, and amenities such as plush cotton bathrobes and Bliss bath products, ensure that you will feel pampered during your W stay. purchase them?
W Hotels lotions and bath products are made by Bliss, and can be ordered through the W Catalog, on whotelsthestore.com or by calling 800-453-6548. Some individual hotels may use different bath products, and in that case you can contact the hotel directly for more information.

How can I make special requests regarding my stay?
Special requests can be made when booking your reservation online, or by calling the hotel directly.
