Kids are always welcome—as long as there are adults around too! At least one occupant of each Aloft room must be 21 years or older. Be sure to bring ID in case we need to confirm.
Connecting Room Policy
Traveling together with family or friends? Many of our Aloft rooms can be connected—usually a king room with a double queen. Make sure to ask when you reserve or check in and we'll do our best to set you up, as availability permits.
Extra Bedding Policy
If you're staying in a king Aloft room and need an extra sleeping space, we'll happily provide a rollaway for just Rs. 1000 per night. And we're always eager to accommodate your little ones, with baby cribs and child-size air mattresses (thanks to our camp Aloft program) available at no extra charge.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Extra charges apply if there are more than 2 adults staying in the room. Children 13 years of age and older are considered to be adults and an extra charge will apply.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.

Early Arrival Policy
Check in at 12pm or later and your Aloft room will be ready and waiting. Eager to get in earlier? Just ask at the front desk, and we’ll do our best to find you a room that’s ready. No guarantees—it depends on the last guests and our housekeeping schedule—but if we can’t squeeze you in early, we’ll be happy to hang on to your luggage in the meantime. No extra charges apply to early arrivals.
Early Departure Policy
Guests must verify their departure date at check-in. If the new checkout date is different from the original reservation, the guest must initial a change on the registration. Guests departing a day early must notify the hotel Front Desk as soon as possible. No early departure fee will be charged.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, and proof-of-age card. Photo identification must also match the name that is on the reservation.
Late Checkout Policy
Feel free to sleep in—checkout time isn’t until 12 noon. Looking to stay a bit longer? Let us know and we’ll try to keep the room available for you at no extra cost. There’s no guarantee due to availability, but if we need you to clear the room, we can always stash your suitcase somewhere else until you’re ready to go.
Guests with special needs will feel right at home! We're fully compliant with disability accessibility regulations, including offering guest rooms with accessible features such as grab bars, low wash basin counters and wider doors.
Feel free to unwind with a drink in your room or at w xyz(SM) bar—just keep in mind we only serve and sell to guests 18 and over. (Remember your ID!)
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
A directory of local child care services is provided by our concierge.
Shirt and shoes are required in all hotel public areas except for the pool and sundeck. Use of the swimming pool requires a swimsuit.
Facility Use Policy
The fitness center is complimentary to all hotel guests. Guests must be 18 years or older to use the fitness equipment.
All in-house guests are invited to use our in-house spa at special discounted prices. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee

Our splash pool offers family fun from morning to night! The pool hours are from 7am to 9pm and a lifeguard is available from 7am to 7pm. The lifeguard is available to assist guests and for everyone's safety, splash is only accessible with a guest room key.
Make sure your paperwork’s in order—a valid visa is required for any foreigners to enter India. At check-in, we’ll need to take a photocopy of your passport’s visa page, as required by law.

Aaahhh…breathe easy! Our hotel's public areas are a 100% smoke-free environment. You're welcome to light up outside and on the designated smoking floor and in the smoking zone.
We are happy to accept checks for pre-payment of reservations; however, these must be received 15 days prior to the arrival of the guest
Sorry—we don’t offer check-cashing services at the hotel. (But we’re happy to help you find a local bank if you need it.)
Credit Card Policy
All guests must check in with a valid credit card. Guests must notify hotel of the use of a debit card. The hotel is not responsible for any penalties due to the use of or access to debit cards
Gift Certificate Policy
Got an Aloft or Starwood gift certificate? We'll happily apply them to your hotel bill.
We accept all major credit cards, but if plastic’s not your thing, we’re happy to accept cash too. With cash payment, you’ll need to pay the complete room fee (including taxes) in advance, plus INR 5000 security deposit. Of course, you’ll get the extra back at check-out when we settle your bill, after a quick room inspection to make sure everything’s in order. Some groups require advance deposits. For payment arrangements to a third-party credit card, please contact the hotel's front office department at least 72 hours prior to arrival.

Tax Exempt Policy
Tax exemption is based strictly on the country, city and state guidelines. Qualified purchases must be paid for using a payment with valid Office of Foreign Missions Tax Exemption ID card. For more information, please contact the hotel Manager on Duty.
