Connecting Room Policy
Traveling together with family or friends? Many of our Aloft rooms can be connected—usually a king room with a double queen. Make sure to ask in advance and we'll do our best to set you up, as availability permits.
Animals are family, too! That’s why Aloft Tucson University welcomes dogs. Dogs must be kept on a leash or in a pet carrier while in public areas. Cats are not permitted. Dogs are not allowed in any food and beverage areas including splash and w xyz(SM) bar. Guests must schedule room cleaning in advance for a time when the dog is not inside the room or the owner (human companion) is present. Do not leave the dog unattended in the room. As a courtesy to other guests, the dog is asked to keep the noise level low.
Please make sure they’re on their best behavior—we don’t want to charge you extra for housekeeping!
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Aaahhh…breathe easy! We're a 100% smoke-free environment. So please follow our no-smoking rules—there's a 200 USD fine per night for anyone lighting up inside the hotel.
