Kids are always welcome—as long as there are adults around too! At least one occupant of each Aloft room must be 18 years or older. Be sure to bring ID in case we need to confirm.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are booked as two separate rooms. A room with a king-size bed connects to a room with twin beds. After completing your reservation, please contact the hotel directly to request connecting rooms, as inventory is limited.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.

Early Departure Policy
If you have a sudden change of schedule and need to cut out early, stop by the front desk. We’ll do our best to settle your bill—but we may have to charge you for your full reservation. If you depart after 4pm on a certain day, you’ll be charged for that night. Please consult the terms and conditions in your reservation.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, and proof-of-age card. Photo identification must also match the name that is on the reservation.
All accessible rooms have a fully accessible shower and a lowered bed surrounded by ample space. The hotel can also supply alarms that vibrate under pillows.
Animals are family, too! That’s why Aloft Liverpool welcomes dogs up to 40 pounds. Our pet-friendly arf(SM) program offers a special bed, bowl, and a doggie bag of woof-alicious treats and toys, all complimentary to use during your stay. Please make sure they’re on their best behavior—we don’t want to charge you extra for housekeeping!
If your dog weighs more than 40 pounds, please contact the hotel directly to discuss a waiver.
A valid passport is required at check-in for all overseas guests.

Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
