Rated 3 out of 5 by Agrogan Pool was closed
I booked this hotel after doing tons of research for my bachelorette party. The main reason I chose it was the beautiful pool. When I checked in they alerted me that the pool was closed for maintenance for the whole weekend. I had made plans with lots of my friends based around the pool. No one alerted me that it would be closed before check in and I certainly didn't expect it in the middle of the summer.

Every trip I take to the area I stay at the Aloft. The staff is always personable and the rooms are always clean.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Traveler2016 Definitely not up to company standards
This location doesn't live up to the standards of what an Aloft hotel looks like in major cities. Very mediocre. Rooms are a failed attempt at modern look. Staff was very friendly, however.
I left a audio cord at home by accident and went to the front desk to retrieve one, and young lady had no idea what cords I was talking about even though there is literature in the room stating cords are available.
Front desk staff, I believe her name was Tara, had visible face and lip piercings working the front desk.
Other days, front desk staff didn't look polished. Bizzare hair colors and cuts, wrinkle clothing, baggy pants, and leggings.
My stay was for 5 days. I opted out of housekeeping for 3. I really hope my points are properly applied because I returned the $5 vouchers to Daniel.

Keyless room access didn't work. TV didn't work due to it being unplugged and couldn't be reached in the wall. Toilet paper hanger was about to fall off the wall. Shower door was hung improperly and wouldnt close so water leaked all ver the bathroom.
Proximity of hotel to the highway allowed us to hear trucks and motorcycles all night long.
I stay in Fayetteville often but would not recommend this hotel.

Our room on 5th floor had several lady bugs. We chose to check out rather than take a chance. Waiting for refund to be issued.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Tipsyyy Decent choice in NWA
Decent hotel for business travelers. Downside is that there is no restaurant, so you're left with microwavable food or snacks. At night, it's a little loud due to the events and music that they have here. The gym is sort of operational, as the cable machine has been broken for the past 6 months and there is no plan to fix it.
On the plus side, the rooms are decent, and the bathroom provides Bliss shower products. For those who are staying longer than a couple days, there is a laundry room.
