Ordering food at the bar is consistently disappointing - just microwaved. Happy hour drinks prices are great but you have to get food elsewhere. The TV never works until I call maintenance. This is the only hotel where I have this problem every single time. This place could be awesome if they just gave more attention to the details.

My wife and I have never stayed at this hotel and booked it on a blind hope that it was a nice hotel. We were thrilled when we arrived. Both the inside and outside was very inviting. The rooms were spacious and decorated and bathrooms were bigger than normal bathrooms. We will definitely stay here again when we return to California.

I have to admit I am new to the alof brand, as such I am not that impressed with the concept. This hotel is at a good location for shoppers and alike. Parking is easy and rooms were decent sized.
The breakfast was okay. Staff did not explain to me the breakfast concept. I was told breakfast and points but only received breakfast but the kids did too.
Over all it was a good stay, nothing to wow me but I would return if in the area!

Great location. Easy access to restaurants and shopping center. Staff was friendly and helpful. The local talent showcased on Wednesday nights made for a relaxing moment at the bar.

The staff here keeps the vibe positive and upbeat. Jonathan, especially, deserve social recognition. He made us feel welcome and comfortable from the get go. And the tips on local eats were much appreciated.

My mother in law stayed here the night before my wedding and we got ready in her room. And I stayed here with my husband the night of our wedding. While getting ready, not long before we were supposed to check out, we received a call that our venue had to cancel due to severe weather (1/31/16-even made channel 7 news). Distraught I went downstairs and my angel, Christy was there! She comforted me, gave us a later checkout due to the circumstances, and got in contact with the hotel's sister hotel (which could accommodate our large guest list) and she helped them coordinate everything and help made our wedding happen in less than 4 hours!! The rooms were beautiful and modern, and after receiving happy hour beverages at the bar when we returned from our wedding, my husband and I were also pleasantly surprised to find wine and dessert in our room with a congratulations note from the staff! They were so wonderful! (The only reason there was not a 5 on food is because we were supposed to have booked breakfast with our stay through our room block but apparently it did not show up and we did not receive the continental breakfast. Everything we did have though was great!). Thank you all for everything, you really were our saving grace. Thanks again Christy, you deserve a promotion!

Really liked the hotel. Rooms were good and offered everything I needed. However, I was scheduled to stay 3 nights but my business trip was cut short by one day. I explained this to the desk clerk and she said "no problem sir. We'll be glad to email your receipt to you". She confirmed my email address. I was billed for THREE NIGHTS. Haven't been able to get it corrected. Would stay again BUT NOT if I get billed three nights for two. Can't afford mistakes like that.

Nice decor. The room was nice and clean. Staff was average.
The hallway nose is horrible. You can hear everything that goes on in the hallway. Overall stay was fine.
