Rated 3 out of 5 by Reasonable price but poor service I stayed two days at Chinese Mid Autumn festival. Not many foreigners there. So when I check in they were confused by my visa and arrival stamp. I have to point it to them. Lobby looks like a boutique hotel. Small gym and tiny swimming pool also available at first floor. When I ask for ice I have to down to first floor then can take plastic container with ice. Cleaning service was not great. I can see dead fly laying down at my window sash. I went to old summer palace and Qinghua museum while I stay there. Around 26yuan by Uber. September 26, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by Keyless in this hotel is a joke You have to check in and get a key before activating the keyless service. Therefore the benefit of keyless is mostly go. And it was never actually activated during my several stays and the staff actually not recommend the keyless service... September 22, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great stays at this hotel Very pleasant stays in recent trip back to China. Late check in with two little kids, both staff Sunny Cheng and Sherry Yang are very helpful to get us quick check in. The room is spacious and the beds are comfortable. Have stayed there for 5 days and every staff in the hotel are professional and helpful. The small swimming pool were the kids' favorite and I did enjoy the little gyms a lot. Have lost my purse because of my own carelessness, and the hotel security staff has helped to review the security camera videos to track the possible places I might forget my purse and help to file a case report to the local police office, Anyway I did very appreciate every excellent service this hotel has offered and will definitely stay there again for my next Beijing trip. Rated 2 out of 5 by Need Improvement This hotel was by far the worst Aloft I have ever stayed in... The room was dirty when I got there and it was never properly vacuumed; you could see the dirt accumulating on the rug/floor. Smelly. July 18, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Generally good, a bit understaffed I stayed in the hotel during the Chinese Spring Festival. The hotel was nice and good, the only issue I met is that the hotel is a bit understaffed. There was only one staff in the reception desk. March 11, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Balatnly overpriced This is the worst starwood hotel I have ever stayed. The room was ok. But the service was terribly lacking. The front desk staff was very unprofessional and indifferent to the customer's requests. The check-in was slow. Every time I passed by the lobby, I noticed that staff members were constantly looking down on their personal phones. The gym was dirty with sweat stains on the treadmill and used cups on the floor. And there was no clean towel provided. It is definitely not worthy of the price they are asking for. February 15, 2016
