Rated 3 out of 5 by Close to Airport? Sorry, I was in a bad mood when i arrived two hours later than expected. Made it to the bar one minutes before it closed. Thankfully, was able to convince bartender to make one last cocktail. The was ok european hipster hotel vibe. Nitpick one, my GF woke before i did. She proceeded to do her make up in the mirror. There is no door to the sink, only a door to the shower. The light was bright in the room. Nitpick Two, It was pretty far from the Airport. Nitpick three, the shower door would not stay closed. Flooded the bathroom. And the carpet really needed to be replaced in my room. No staff member at front desk for check out. Check in staff was pleasant! July 7, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by This hotel needs help Mold in the shower, shower door didn't close (causing water to go all over the floor), room keys deactivated at least once a day, on 3rd day front desk staff finally realized it was the locking system (never was fixed), no ice machines on the floors (having to go to the front desk is ridiculous), 1 washer 1 dryer for entire building (again ridiculous), 1 of 2 elevators went out on 4th day (staff said entire management was on vacation and they were not allowed to be contacted) very unprofessional. Elevator never fixed in our week long stay. No drawers to keep clothing in. The best part about this hotel was their housekeeping service (we were on the 3rd floor). Very helpful, polite, went out of their way to be kind! Also, they are pet friendly! July 8, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by A quick night In the past, my experiences have been good. However, this trip did not meet my expectations. The shower door only opens in ...if you turn the water on first it hits and sprays on the outside of the door. Not to mention the major safety issue. If someone fell in the shower, they would not be able to get out. There was no picture on the television, the coils are coming through on the edge of the mattress, and the list could continue. On a good note, we had fun playing pool in the lobby. July 8, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Better than expected, for price The facility and room were clean, comfortable and very well appointed. Check-in/out was amazingly quick. This was very much appreciated as we were very tired and just wanted to get up to the room and get some sleep. Bed was very comfortable, we slept well. July 7, 2014

Rated 1 out of 5 by Room door wouldn't lock Our experience was quite a disappointment. We left our room for an appointment early Saturday morning and our door would not lock. We stopped at the front desk and notified the front desk clerk, he knew what the problem was; the housekeeper didn't lock the room with the "special housekeeper" key. He proceeded to take our room number and said he'd make sure the the door would be locked as soon as the first housekeeper arrived. When we returned to our room at approximately 10:30 a.m. we found our door still unlocked! Thankfully none of our belongings were missing. Before we left the hotel i again stopped at the front desk and notified the clerk on duty who was very apologetic and compensated us with two breakfast vouchers. My husband and I are just glad none of our things were missing but this will be the last time we'll ever stay at an Aloft. June 29, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by The staff does not have a clue.... I purchased a vacation package including air and ALOFT hotel. The package was paid in full in advance. A month later ALOFT Hotel charged my hotel stay to my credit card. Multiple calls to hotel have resulted in lie after lie. "Oh we will deduct the charge", "we deducted the charge yesterady", "we deducted the charge on friday". To date no deduction has been applied to my credit card. A call to Starwood Customer Service was even less productive. The parent company told me they are not responsible for ALOFTS actions. June 18, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by the hotel was acceptable, just not personally ideal I loved the bar area. I'm accustom to a warmer feeling at SPG hotels. This was hip and cool, but didn't seem warm and comfortable. I hate the shampoo dispensers. The shower door didn't close and leaked water all over my things. In general, the set up wasn't appealing to me. And the next day, there was still hair in the bathroom and on the floor - but these things can happen anywhere. June 30, 2014
