We spent the evening there to celebrate a bithday and it was really nice. the room was clean and the facilities overall were well kept. The staff was friendly and the area was in the middle of a shopping area and close to restaurants, the movie theater and brooklyn academy of music. We would definitely go again.

While staying at Aloft in Brooklyn, I was treated very
well by the attentive staff from front desk to bartenders, to housekeeping. Will return next week and am looking forward to my next and future stays

Very close to the train station and very convienent to the city. It was a great walk right over the Brooklyn Bridge and you’re right in the city. So over all the location was great! Never stayed at an Aloft and I was impressed by its style. I love the way it looks and it was great for the young crowd.

This was the best hotel experience I have had in all my hotel stays. The front desk staff couldn't have been nicer, Barbara who checked us in was truly an amazing woman, so pleasant, warm, friendly and accomodating. She certainly made our stay wonderful. Thank you all at Aloft, We will be back!!

We had never been to Brooklyn before and got lost at night trying to get to the hotel. Rojan, at the desk, couldn't have been nicer trying to guide us there,
We loved the room and how it was decorated and had everything we needed.
Thank you Aloft Brooklyn! We will be back soon.

This is the first time we stayed at this hotel. What a great place, very comfortable, modern and clean. I was really amazed at the rooms overall design. While relatively small for an SPG hotel the architects did an awesome job in their design and how they used the available space.

The staff at the front desk were great -- helpful and friendly! Rooms were small but efficient. Good workout room. Would stay there again and neighborhood will be even better-- lots of building going on. Not your usual stuffy New York experience.

Lobby was ridiculous and room air conditioning did not work. Room never got cooler than 79 degrees despite the addition of a fan. Would never stay here again

This was just the hotel we needed after the big snow storm. The hotel had everything we needed -- big comfy bed, quiet room, compact contemporary bathroom and helpful staff. We will stay here next time we go to visit a friend at Pratt Institute.

I was so pleased with everything at the Aloft I stayed longer and ditched the other hotel in Manhattan. The rate was reasonable, close to the train, friendly staff and my kids loved playing pool while we waited on the family~

Truly every person in this hotel was wonderful. Friendly, considerate and so helpful. I came in a complete mess after 30+ hours of travel and left calm, relaxed and fully repaired. Plus, the bed is soo comfortable.

Last minute needed a hotel near Coney Island. This worked out very well. Staff was friendly, easy to get to. Love the room! Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The hotel staff is nice and patient. The hotel is located very nicely in Brooklyn around a lot of stores to shop at or great known places to eat at. The hotel has a very relaxed feel to it.

Aloft made us very welcome from the moment we stepped inside. The rooms are modern and the bed was extremely comfortable.

I have stayed at several Alofts, and love the hotels. One of the reasons that I am an SPG Member is due to the fact that the beds and linens are fantastic. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. The comforter was such poor quality, it was as if it was filled with hard styrofoam and popcorn.
Most importantly, II was not exactly thrilled with the staffs attentiveness after three tries to get our room key to work. They certainly did not care about the time constrains that I was under to catch a train. The door ended up being defective, which resulted in Tech having to come and repair it. Needless to say, that train was never caught, and the staff was completely unsympathetic or understanding.
Not exactly thrilled.

The staff smiles and acts like they are here to help, however, they cannot do anything extra for you like slip a copy of your bill under the door. This was my third stay here. During my first two stays the front-desk told me they have gone green and cannot print a bill. After some discussion they agreed to slip a bill under my door. It never happened. The third time (this stay) they told me they do not have the capability of slipping the bill under my door. I know this sounds trivial, but leaving quickly is important to me. I strongly dislike waiting to leave. If this is not important to you, then stay here. It's a nice, off the beaten path hotel.

Awesome customer service, the front desk people went above and beyond to make my daughter stay incredibly comfortable. I will as a Starwood preferred gold member, I usually get great service, but this time I got incredible service.

The Aloft is a great Hotel. But the Front Desk Staff needs some help. I had 2 rooms for 4 nights. On the 3rd night after working for about 16 hours me and my Co worker arrived at the area were food is sold. My Co Worker did not want anything so he was just standing there minding his own business as I looked for something. The girl behind the front desk Janie asked my Co Worker what he put in his pocket. She was actually acusing him of stealing something. He pulled his hands out of his pockets and only had a shirt in his pocket. I was very surprised to say the least. I mean really??? We are paying close to $2000 to stay here and she thinks he is going to steal a bag of chips? I told her that she was out of line and all she said was I thought I saw him put something in his pocket. She never apologized for her actions. I spoke to a manager the first thing the next morning and he assured me that she would give me and my Co Worker a formal apology. That never happen!! As we walked in the folowing day she was behind the counter and just smiled at us as we walked in. We also had to deal with her about a parking situatiion later and she never apologized. I do not know why my Co Worker was accussed of Stealing, but I can assure you he didnt !! as I have been working with the Guy for a few years now. I think that you need to train your staff not to always judge people by what they see. No we were not wearing the fanciest clothes but our money spends just like those that do!!!
