Rated 2 out of 5 by This hotel needs to improve It's run as a licensed/franchised hotel and not directly by spg - and it shows. The restaurant staff were very courteous and took care of all my needs. (only good thing about the hotel) The room quality and house-keeping/laundry were really bad. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. It's not SPG standards at all. January 26, 2016

Rated 4 out of 5 by Staff service and responsiveness I am a regular visitor to this hotel whenever I visit Bangalore for my business trip. The hotel provides great value for money and most importantly the services and responsiveness of the staff is amazing. I would want to specifically name Mr. Pankaj Gupta GM of this hotel, who goes above and beyond to make this place a home away from home and perhaps one of the reason for me to choose this place every time I am travelling. In the dining area, wanted to ack. courtesy provided by Mr. Saumya and Mr Atul. They make my dining time quite enjoyable and tasteful. I thank them for all this and sincerely recommend this property to all of you. June 25, 2015

Rated 2 out of 5 by Good service, lacklustre facility Good, attentive service; but the facility feels a little run down and not up to North American standards of a hotel- has a distinct "resort" feeling (in a bad way). It's run as a licensed/franchised hotel and not directly by spg - and it shows. If you're in the area - I would stay around the corner at the Four Points Sheraton instead. June 14, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Food needs to be improved I was surprised that not only north Indian but even South Indian cuisine left a lot to be desired. I tried North India thali which was far from authentic. Now a days in Bangalore, one gets faily good North Indian fair so the experience in Aloft was disappointing. The next morning I tried dosa for breakfast but was disappointed again. Except omlette and sandwiches, the rest of the spread fell short on many fronts. One of the days I tried Chinese which was good. November 16, 2014
