During my stay there were many un comfortable situations happened.
1) Dinner was pathetic at taste
2) Key system was not working for couple of days. Every time i have to call the front desk to send someone with a master key to open door.
3) They dont stock up water bottles and they stock just two sugar sachets and 1 coffe powder sachet.It seems they are restricting the usage of sugar even, being miser or else they dont want customers to come back
4) You dont get a room of you choice i..e., if you want to opt the room facing etc...
5) They dont even stock up the toiletries until i call them up daily

Even after making pre-payment, it took me close to an hour to check-in!.
The blame is not on the front office..but the whole system. I had made two reservations
1. Pay at Hotel
I sent a mail to cancel the "Pay at Hotel" reservation, was shocked to see that both of these were cancelled!!!
I was asked to speak to the travel agent, without actually checking what the problem was.
It took me a while to CONVINCE the front office regarding this mis-communication at hotels' end.
However after realizing the issue, I was immediately given the room and apology was rendered, but it took a lot of explaining by me "Customer".
Overall, if this would not have happened, and the quality of breakfast would have been a tad bit better.. it would have a good experience.

I was disappointed this time due to cleanness of bed cover and towel was also not available. When I asked they provided me only one bath towel, no hand towel. I reminded twice.

Room a/c was not cool enough. Was sweating through the night. Reported the issue and maintenance said AC filter was clogged and cleaned it promptly but this did not result in any significant improvement.
Had to inform the staff at reception twice to keep 2 bath towels in the room and replace fresh water bottles everyday. Laundry slip was missing and not replaced.
Restaurant service was absolutely pathetic. Tables did not have napkins, salt/pepper, butter, etc and I had to request for it almost on daily basis.
Will not consider staying here next time.

The service has deteriorated . i have stayed here earlier. But now the staffs seem to be inexperienced. On 11th sept, they forgot to keep bath towel in my room. the restaurant staff have to be called for giving water or coffee. Previous staffs use to oberve the table and proactively approach.

I feel Restorant part needs major improvement.
Food in buffet is cold
Staff is too slow is serving
if guest remains in hotel for longer time staff starts taking guest for-granted. and dont give any attention.

Cons - Corporate Program could be more enhanced with pick / drop from Airport / Office included

My stay with Aloft has been good with receptive staff and polite drivers. The room was also spacious and well kept for the duration of my 19 day stay. The food was also good and served hot in all instances. However, I find the internet connection at my room to be very poor. I have to get a local 3g since even Facebook page takes minutes to load even after a router has been installed in my room. Checks have been made by IT on few days but it didn't really improve the connection. This is very critical since I am travelling on business and needs to do some work from the hotel which I wasn't able to do so effectively not until I paid for my own 3G service.
