The hotel needs updates and/or renovations.
The staff are excellent and always very helpful and smiling.
The hotel is dated. Looks like an old hotel that was bought and made into an Aloft.
My bathroom floor tiles in several rooms are always stained with dirt marks.
I have had stains on the 'clean' sheets as well as stains on new towels when I check in.
The tv's do not swivel or turn on the wall so you cannot watch them well when working at the desk.
The air conditioning units are very old and not efficient.
There has been mildew and mold on window sills and stains on carpets.
I enjoy staying at this area but I always doubt if I want to check back in at future visits when there are other hotel brands in better shape.
Also the keyless program never works at this Aloft

We stayed for several nights on the recommendation of a friend who lives nearby. We were overwhelmed by the friendliness and helpfulness of every staff member with whom we interacted. Nicole, at the front desk, was incredibly helpful!
This is a clean and attractively designed and decorated place to stay. It is a nice change from the usual motels which all seem to have the same institutional look in décor.
This was a good value for the price. The only improvement we could think of would be a little broader food/beverage options on premise.

Room seemed like 15 miles to walk to. Was full of ants and buggs and the floor was sticky.
Food and beverages are ridiculously expensive for a 2 star hotel.
I don't recommend this hotel if you plan on staying more than one night.

This hotel was a different design which is why we selected this hotel to stay. The sliding bathroom door was loud when closing, the tv we had in our room kept losing the picture and we would have loved to have a hot tub to use while the kids swam in the pool. Other than that we were pleased with the accommodations.

No heat in room and made me jump through hoops to get another room. Relatively poor quality room. Sent my receipt to the wrong address and then made up excuses on how it was my fault.

Staff is friendly and the location is near a variety of restaurant choices, The rooms are ok. I noticed they do not provide as many towels as other Alofts, 2 versus 3. One complimentary bottle of water versus two.
