Rated 4 out of 5 by Value hotel I stayed in this Aloft hotel for 3 nights. I have stayed in Aloft in Belgium before, so i knew what to expect. This hotel was quite new when I stayed there, funky, good music outside the main entrance. The front desk is very helpful and friendly, one guy spoke english good but the others are not really, so sometimes I had communication problems. The room was really good big and spacious with a big tv on the wall front of the king bed, everything was clean, bath also clean and big. The pool is good to relax after a busy business day. Positive that the hotel had a shuttle to the fair for a fee, cheaper than a taxi. The location is not that good, far away. Safe but nothing to do. I took MTR from Guangzhou Railway Station, changed lines and took about 10 stations and there I took a taxi, the driver did not know exactly where is the hotel even I handed him a paper with chinese text with the address. And this happened at night, I told the driver to stop when we were to pass the hotel. it was an adventurous ride! I walked around and found a small area with a shopping mall 7-8 minutes from the hotel. Did not find any international restaurants, only locals, so I bought a suitcase for my samples. The breakfast was good, average selection of foods. It was strange that the ice cream was for a fee. Overall this is a good hotel for business stay but far away. April 8, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Air quality problems The air quality in the room was appalling. The air circulating in the room smelt like it was being pumped in from the main road and was full of fumes. We checked out within hours of checking in as we felt it would be injurious to our health to stay as we developed severe headaches within minutes of staying in the room. The hotel needs to put an air purification system in place. Although we were expecting Foshan to be polluted we were expecting the air quality in the room to be much better. December 28, 2011

Rated 4 out of 5 by Chic, Hip, Fun . . . But This was my first Aloft stay. The fun, funky atmosphere delighted. The staff is obliging, though in many cases their English is limited and that leads to problems. The hotel is far from the city and a cab ride downtown is pricey for China. The buses are packed to the gills. The city needs to add K5 buses. The rooms are comfy and chic and the common areas are fun. The restaurant's menu is standard hotel fare. I'd hoped that such a dynamic conceptual hotel would be more inventive with the food. November 12, 2011

Rated 2 out of 5 by Needs improvement I've stayed at the hotel on and off for a total of about 50 days in the past 6 months. The place is OK but they should really work on some improvements. 1. No English TV channels at the moment. That's a must for long staying guests at an international hotel brand. 2. Minibar in the room does not really cool anything down. But that's its purpose, to cool things down particularly during hot and humid days. 3. Nobody at the restaurant speaks English and the English Translations on the menu are terrible. (Example: What do you think is "shampoo meat"?) It's part of an international hotel chain. You'd expect that someone cares about decent translation of menus even if the restaurant is outsourced to a third party. I am adventurous in general but I don't want to be every day at this price point. 4. The AC in the Gym cannot maintain the place at a decent temperature. 5. DART Game in the bar is not working. Either repair it or get rid of it but don't have broken things there. I could go on but will leave it to those 5 things that illustrate the issue. It would be nice, if someone could start fixing those ASAP. May 17, 2015

Rated 3 out of 5 by Just so so! - Everything was as my expect and you can't ask more for this kind of hotel even it belongs to SPG. - But i think it's really the time for changing towels please since they're very old obviously. the towel even worse than other budget hotel. What think Aloft is a budget hotel with same quality of SPG.Am i wrong? August 20, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by 员工服务很亲切,希望酒店药箱子能在齐全一些 带这小孩来入住,给送了帐篷和玩具,很不错 房间wifi信号不好,马上上来给加了无线路由器,非常不错 希望后续在药箱上能加个红外温度计这类的,刚好晚上小孩发烧,电话前台没红外体温计,只能跑附件医院买了一个 August 18, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by 舒适温馨的酒店 酒店比预期要逊色一点,以为酒店有浴袍,结果没有。有点失望。其他设施还不错,我住得是套房,设计的很好。很舒适的酒店。前台服务员态度很好,很耐心。有个戴眼镜的女孩,非常不错,忘记问什么名字了。8月2日和3日都在大堂前台的,请代我发个表扬信给你们这位同事。餐厅早餐很丰富,就是位置稍微少了点,遇上旅行团就不够位置坐了。下次会再来。 August 3, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by 第一次aloft, comfort 第一次的一個房間很幸運的遇到空調故障的狀況,正思量飯店會如何處理他們很快的幫我們換了另一間,退房時感覺發現遺失嬰兒的奶嘴夾,因不捨源於親友的禮物,望飯店能幫忙尋找房間,人員翻箱倒櫃搬床移位的未尋獲,卻找到我們另外因換房而遺留的衣物。最後還是在車上找到我們根本沒帶上的奶嘴夾。抱歉。因我們的失誤完整體現你們的專業。感謝服務的到位。 July 21, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by 客房挺舒适,客房服务员挺赞~ 首次入住喜达屋旗下酒店,总体感觉挺好,超大的房间,宽大的睡床,干净的床品,确保了住客的睡眠质量。只是淋浴间的洗浴用品有点失望,品质较差,乳液出口太小不说,洗发水洗完头发后,头发干枯枯的,实在是对不起450的房价! 不过特别要感谢的是客房服务员“杨利侠”小姑娘的耐心、细致、热情、专业的服务! June 19, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 总得来说还是不错 姓廖的前台staff对spg计划及能否积分几乎一无所知。另一位员工在提醒下友善地对房间进行了升级。餐厅味道很一般。房间设施超越一般雅乐轩的水准,床非常大。最主要的一点不方便就是交通很不方便。从广州如果不是自己开车的话要先坐1个半小时地铁再换40分钟巴士才能到酒店。酒店免费的每日三罐软饮及健身中心很好。性价比很高。用来达成白金会员住宿50晚75晚再合适不过。 May 27, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by 希望员工工作效率能够提高 酒店房间很干净,设施也比较齐全,入住这里比较舒适。 但前台登记入住的费时程度令人抓狂!!一进入酒店,前台有两位工作人员,我傻站在前台旁三分钟之后,其中一位工作人员才抬头对我说了第一句话:“请稍等!”……好……又呆站了五分钟之后,才开始有人接待。接待其他客人需要时间,这个可以理解,但是不是应该和后来的客人打个招呼,而不是任由客人呆站着?当时前台总共就三个办理入住的客人,不知道如果接待4位客人需要耗时多久?!真心希望能改进一下做事的方法和效率! May 1, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by 服务有待改善,尤其餐饮服务。 第一次入住Aloft. 基于是喜达屋的管理,但此次入住体验感觉失望!中餐厅员工服务素质跟不上,在门口等了很久看到客人也不理会,只是拿一碗饭说了3次以上还等了很久才上,然后服务员回答一句没办法,因为很忙。事实没有很多客人!最后买单时餐厅经理说之前不好意思,给你打了9折。但在餐厅门口黑板上写着所有住店客人用餐9折。那感觉很没有诚意并有欺骗成分!客房内的羽绒枕头闻着有非常大的鸭绒异味。总体来说服务还是需要改善!否则入住一次也是最后一次! March 27, 2013

Rated 2 out of 5 by 失望的check-in/out 效率最低的Check in與check out流程,會員專用通道形同虛設,無篩選,感受不到被關注。如果是由於交易會的原因而造成混亂,我只能說缺乏專業,同時浪費了在關鍵的時候讓會員感覺到被優待的機會。我足足等了接近三分鐘,接待人員還在跟大堂經理溝通前一位客人的需要。我相信如果不是我開口提醒可否先幫我完成check in,再去做你們後台溝通的工作,我會被一直冷落下去。直到somehow他們發現我的存在。沒有24小時in room dinner很難讓人接受。 October 28, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by 员工服务意识有待提高 第一次住ALOFT,入住经历让我很不满意。为了住得舒适些,特意订了个套房,晚上CHECK IN时,前台没有任何提醒,但入住后,发现对面是一个在建工地,由于平时睡眠不太好,立刻去电前台询问情况。前台态度较冷淡地回复已没有其它方位的房间可以换,且在我的询问下确认工地晚上没有施工,早上是在八点后施工。结果睡下后就听到工地各种杂音,房间隔音效果也差,好不容易睡着后,第二天一大早六点又被工地吵醒,休息得很差。住酒店最基本的要求没做好,还能去谈其它什么感受。回想起前一天在厦门SPG另一酒店入住,同样的反映后,酒店专人陪同去更换房间,入住很舒适,感觉实在差距太大。另外,总机接线生说没法转前台也让我颇为诧异。总之,酒店地方已经较偏,如果软件服务还没法跟上,相信不会太受欢迎。 October 11, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by 別具一格的酒店 9.30國慶前夕入住酒店...W風格式的酒店令我大開眼界.酒店大堂備有的娛樂設施和客房設計均符合年輕人的口味.電動窗簾也可無阻礙看到窗外景色.雖然路程比較偏遠.最近的高速公路出口被封.但酒店對得起這個價格.唯一不足的是酒店前臺人員較少.check in時只有一位服務員.卻要應付三個客人的check in. check in時間大大增加 October 8, 2012
