Les enfants jusqu'à 12 ans accompagnant un adulte qui règle la chambre séjournent gratuitement s'ils dorment dans les lits déjà présents dans la chambre. Nous ne proposons pas de lits d'appoint. Les lits bébé sont mis en place gratuitement.

Les enfants sont toujours les bienvenus, à condition d’être accompagnés ! Au moins un des occupants de chaque chambre Aloft doit être âgé de 18 ans ou plus. Assurez-vous d’apporter une pièce d’identité pour que nous puissions vérifier votre âge.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Place Most convenient place to stay. the shopping mall is just next door. Sentral Station is just across the road and KLIA express is literally a few meters away. Ambiance is great and staff are great too. Am staying there again. Nice infinity pool at the top ! July 1, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Connectivity This hotel has amazing connectivity. 30 min from KLIA by train. The train station is just 2 min walk away. You have the local LRT which is connected to the hotel which brings you to most parts of KL without having to worry of the traffic. The hotel is also connected to a large shopping centre with all the necessities you need. Also across the road from the shopping centre you have one of the best roti canai/prata you can get in KL. The rooms are also clean and neat. Wifi is free. showers are strong. Bed is firm and sheets were clean. July 6, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Friendly and Convenient This is my fifth stay at Aloft. Remain good quality and friendly ambience and staff. My family do love and enjoy the stay. Ease and connectivity via public to other places is so convenient. Its just the Sahur food taste too strong.. Good job! Keep it up! July 9, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fantastic hotel What an excellent hotel - very modern/chic, staff delightful, full of youthful exuberance, and the location only 30 sec walk across road to Central Station.As for the breakfast - delicious! Rated 4 out of 5 by The Aloft Hotel can be referred to friends for them to stay The hotel met my expectations in terms of facilities. I had a comfortable and secured feeling during my 3 night stay at the hotel. I enjoyed the bar and pool of the hotel. The hotel staff especially at the lobby and bars are very courteous and helpful and quick in service. I will have no problem recommending to other for them to stay when they visit KL. July 8, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good facilities and chic design, but service not on par Good facilities and chic design, however service not on par. Encountered 2 incidents from housekeeping, i.e.:- a) Did not pick up laundry in time, so received only a day later, although already put laundry in room since morning. Had to borrow shirt from taff b) Threw away customer's belonging (Starbucks polysterene cup) when housekeeping. Although found later by Housekeeping, however cup could have been contaminated with other trash. Hotel might want to train staff for communication skills. Usage of Manglish has resulted to make it sound quite rude and unfriendly. A local might be understanding, but not too sure about foreigners. Treatment to a Platinum SPG guest. is mediocre. Had better treatment in other SPG. Food for Sahur is quite salty. July 5, 2014

I have stayed in too many hotels where an overly plush reception is out of sync with the rooms. the staff are fantastic - very friendly and very helpful July 6, 2014
