Nice and comfortable hotel. Location is the best advantage. All basic facilities are good. Swimming is good.

Overall, i'm satisfied during a night stayed in this hotel, however there are few inprovement to be made
1. Please keep clean the electric kettle, because mine was kinda dirty at the bottom.
2. Make sure all the appliances are in working condition. My hairdryer was not working.
3. Consider to have electical plug in bathroom for hairdryer and kettle, as those place in the closet in the bathroom area.

Stayed at Aloft KL for 3 nights. It was my 2nd time staying there. I was given a room on the 9th floor. In the mornings till late noons, the room felt like 'an oven' eventhough the blinds were all down. However, the rooftop pool is GREAT. Went there just to take in the night view of the city and a dip in the infinity pool. Enjoyed the skewers too but the hotel should place the barbeque/grill stove somewhere far from the pool as the smoke from the stove can be very off-putting to those sitting nearby the pool. Overall, this is a GREAT hotel and i am coming back for the 3rd time on this Christmas eve!!

This hotel is near to KL centre station, Easy to go every where in KL by using the ERL, LRT, taxi and bus. Nearby got shopping mall.

This hotel has good location and their front desk staff is friendly and efficient.
The room is comfortable but quite dim at the desk area even with the lamp light on. Would be great to install more lights for brighter environment.
Overall satisfied with the hotel and do recommend to most travellers esp with family for convenience, ie shopping, food and good transit hub in KL.

Very Disappointing stay. Despite staying in Aloft KL Sentral for so many times over the past 2 years for work and leisure, The hotel still cannot get the simplest request right in my hotel folio correctly. Room away from elevator, away from train station.
On 26th Aug upon checking in, the front office did not even make an effort of checking the remarks in my folio and gave me a room 2503 right next to a lift lobby.(This remark was indicated probably indicated a year ago when i was given a room right next to a lift lobby and requested to have it changed as i could not sleep.) When i saw the officer write 2503 on the card sleeve, I immediately stopped him and asked told him that i dont want a room next to the lift (because having staying in the hotel so many times, i remember 2503 is next to the lift) and i have to remind him to look at my folio once again to see the remarks, this is a small issue, what if the guest has allergy to feathers or items and the officer just dint pay attention to the remarks at all and gave the guest a room with feather pillows. Anyway, i reminded the front officer that the reason being is that the lift is very noisy and i cannot sleep so i asked for a quieter room. so he asked me if 1520 was ok.. i would have thought after telling him that i am a light sleeper and would want a quieter room, he would have arranged for me one, but no. 1520 is ok at night after 11pm (i check in close 10 pm that night)
but when it comes to 5am in the morning, This room is facing the LRT tracks of the Sentral station and every 5 minutes there will be a train arriving at the station passing by the windows, audible on the 15th floor. I mean a hotel can have all the best hardware available. but if your software(people are not attentive to guest needs. it does not add value to your hotel at all and does not create experiences memorable)
Also Being a SPG Gold member, i was not offered any upgrades, better rooms (infact my room was worse than ever). I am greatly disappointed with the experience received at Aloft KL Sentral. I am definately not going to stay here again if i want a good night sleep!
