Connecting Room Policy
The hotel offers some connecting rooms, which are subject to availability, so please inquire in advance if you are interested. We will do our best to meet your needs, but cannot guarantee availability.
All room deposits must be made with a credit or debit card. Cash is not accepted as a form of deposit. A credit or debit card will be authorized at check-in for the entire stay, all taxes, and an additional 50 USD deposit for incidentals. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution. The hotel is not responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Arrival Policy
Check-in begins at 3pm. We will do our best to accommodate guests who arrive earlier, but we cannot guarantee room availability for early arrivals. We are happy to store luggage until your guest room is available.
Late Checkout Policy
Check-out time is at 12 noon. Late check-outs are sometimes possible, subject to room availability, so please ask at the front desk.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. Six ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
We welcome dogs of all sizes, up to two dogs per guest room. Other pets may be allowed at the discretion of the hotel manager—please contact the hotel to discuss your needs. Pet owners must sign a waiver at check-in agreeing to our pet regulations, and we reserve the right to charge for damage caused by the pet or any additional cleaning needed.
Please note that our pool's weekday hours are limited to evenings from 5pm to 10pm. On weekends, the pool is open from 10am to 10pm.
Health & Well-Being Policies
The hotel has the right to refuse certain reservations for the purposes of group events or parties, including but not limited to pre-wedding stag/bachelor parties, hen/bachelorette parties, and birthday parties. Only registered guests are allowed in guest rooms. Some facilities may have restricted access. For the health and wellness of all our guests, Element Arundel Mills offers a 100% smoke-free environment. Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and all hotel public areas, except in designated outdoor areas. There is a $250 fee for anyone smoking within the building.
Credit Card Policy
In addition to the credit card required for reservations, a valid credit card and a matching Government issued photo ID must be presented at check-in for incidental charges. Cash deposits or gift cards are not accepted upon check-in, but may be used at check-out.

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged.
