Early Arrival Policy
Standard check-in time is 3pm. Early check-in is offered based upon availability.
Valid government issued identification is required at the time of check-in.
TDD equipment is available at the front desk. A wheelchair is also available at no charge.
Alcohol purchased outside the hotel is not permitted in public areas. Alcohol consumption is allowed in licensed areas only.
Pets weighing up to 50 pounds are allowed. Pet owners must sign a waiver at check-in agreeing to our pet regulations, and we reserve the right to charge for damage repairs or additional cleaning. A non-refundable 50 CAD fee will apply if excessive cleaning is required.
Swimming pool use is for registered guests only. No beverages are permitted in the pool area.
Health & Well-Being Policies
For the health and wellness of all our guests, the hotel offers a 100% smoke-free environment. Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and all hotel public areas, except in designated outdoor areas. A 200 CAD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Personal checks are not accepted as a method of payment. Only certified checks are accepted.
Credit Card Policy
A guest who wishes to pay with a credit card must present the card in person along with a valid picture ID.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
