Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
All of the ADA rooms have grab bars in the showers, large doors, raised toilet seats, extended telephone cords, and closed captioned televisions. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid government issued identification.
Pets are not allowed. Only seeing eye dogs are allowed. No other pets are permitted.
Health & Well-Being Policies
All public areas and guest rooms are 100% non-smoking. A $200. cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who smokes in their guest room.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid American Express or Visa credit card. There is a limit of $50 per day for up to 3 days.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
